    Abstract: A high accuracy satellite signal receiving controller and associated method is provided. The high accuracy satellite signal receiving controller includes a frequency synthesizer, and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiving module and a control unit. The frequency synthesizer, coupled to an external non-temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (non-TXCO), generates an oscillating frequency signal to the GPS receiving module. The ADC converts an analog temperature signal into a digital temperature signal. The control unit, coupled to the ADC, adaptively updates temperature/frequency offset data.

    Abstract: A built-in self repair (BISR) circuit for a multi-port memory and a method thereof are provided. The circuit includes a test-and-analysis module (TAM) and a defect locating module (DLM) coupled to the TAM. The TAM tests a repairable multi-port memory to generate a fault location and determines whether the test generates a port-specific fault candidate according to the fault location. If a port-specific fault candidate is generated, the DLM generates a defect location based on the fault location and provides the defect location to the TAM so that the TAM can determine how to repair the repairable multi-port memory according to the defect location. If no port-specific fault candidate is generated in the test, the TAM determines how to repair the repairable multi-port memory according to the fault location.

The connecting rod has a threaded section for connecting with a screw. The rotating unit has a rotating rod to be inserted into an accommodating trough of the screw. A first engaging member is secured to the accommodating trough of the screw. A second engaging member is secured to the rotating rod of the rotating unit. The second engaging member has a second engaging block to mesh with and drive a first engaging block of the first engaging member so the connecting rod is able to be moved relative to the screw.

Alternatively, the smaller mobile rack carrying the hard disk drives may also be first assembled into the larger mobile rack and then installed into the larger expansion slot together with the larger mobile rack, such that the hard disk drives are installed into all the expansion slots in the chassis.

    Abstract: A reforming system for methanol comprises a reactor and a fuel unit disposed in front of the reactor. The reactor comprises an inlet, an outlet, a reaction chamber between the inlet and the outlet, and a combustion chamber surrounding the reaction chamber. The reaction chamber has a catalyzing unit thereinside. The reactor is constructed for maintaining the reaction chamber at a predetermined temperature so that at least one reactant acts to produce at least one product in the reaction chamber. The fuel unit comprises a first fuel container, a second fuel container, a mixing chamber connected to the first fuel container and the second fuel container, and a nebulizing device connected to the mixing chamber. The reforming system for methanol can produce hydrogen (H2) and the secondary products are recycled.

    Abstract: A system for modulating audio effects of speakers is provided. The system includes a selecting module, a playing module, a recording module, a time delay computing module and a modulating module. Based on these modules, the system is capable of determining a time difference and a pitch for each of the speakers, and modulating the time difference and the pitch for each of the speakers to a desired time difference and a desired pitch, so as to ensure that simultaneous sounds from each speaker arrive at a microphone at about the same time and with the same audio pitch.
