  • Publication number: 20160021994
Abstract: An article receiving container with a shielding structure includes a peripheral wall defining an article receiving space. The peripheral wall includes a first layer. A reticulate separation layer is superimposed on a side of the first layer. The reticulate separation layer can withstand an external force, such as friction, impact, squeeze, piercing, and cutting, without the risks of breakage to reliably protect articles received in the article receiving space. Furthermore, the reticulate separation layer can be made of a small amount of lightweight material to achieve reinforced protection. Furthermore, the reticulate separation layer can avoid injury resulting from piercing and cutting. In case of emergency, the article receiving container can be used to defense against a sharp article, protecting the human body.

Abstract: A method for cutting wafers includes following steps. A silicon wafer is provided. A metal layer is formed on a top side of the silicon wafer. A bump layer is formed on the metal layer. A backside grinding tape is attached on the bump layer. A bottom side of the silicon wafer is half cut to form a cutting race. The bottom side of the silicon wafer is ground, so that a thickness of the silicon wafer is a predetermined thickness and only partial cutting race remains. The backside grinding tape is removed. A dicing tape is attached on the bottom side of the silicon wafer. The metal layer is cut by a laser. The metal layer is communicated with the cutting race. The manufacturing cost is reduced without crumbling or cracking. The chippings on the top or bottom side of the silicon wafer can be removed.

  • Publication number: 20080120461
Abstract: A method for maintaining disk array access management information specifies a specific area in a random access memory (RAM) of a computer system or a disk array controller for storing management information of a disk array. The management information area is defined as a disk in the disk array and updated synchronously with the management information of a disk in the disk array. When the disk stores data by an array, the management information of the disk array will be saved synchronously into the management information area of the RAM. If all disks are hot plugged or unplugged, the disk array controller retrieves the updated management information from the RAM of the computer system or disk array controller, and saves the management information back into all disks after the installation of disks is completed, so as to prevent the disk array controller from being unable to operate.
