Abstract: A capacitive touch panel includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an insulating layer. The first conductive layer includes a plurality of first sensing electrodes, first bridge electrodes and second sensing electrodes. Each of the first sending electrodes and each of the second sending electrodes include a meshed electrode, which has a plurality of openings. The second conductive layer includes a plurality of second bridge electrodes, and each second bridge electrode is electrically connected to two adjacent second sensing electrodes. The insulating layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer to electrically insulating the first conductive layer from the second conductive layer.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing performance of a computing device having dissimilar memory types. An exemplary embodiment comprises a method for interleaving dissimilar memory devices. The method involves determining an interleave bandwidth ratio comprising a ratio of bandwidths for two or more dissimilar memory devices. The dissimilar memory devices are interleaved according to the interleave bandwidth ratio. Memory address requests are distributed from one or more processing units to the dissimilar memory devices according to the interleave bandwidth ratio.

Abstract: In a method for changing TV channels of a television using a remote control device, the method locates a location of the remote control device, obtains channels of TV stations from a database according to a relation between the location of the remote control device and the channels of the TV stations. The method displays the channels of the TV stations on a display screen of the remote control device, selects a channel from the channels of TV stations displayed on the display screen, and sends a control signal to control the television to change to a channel according to the selected channel.

Abstract: A method for detecting output power of a power converter is applied for detecting power outputted from the power converter as an electronic device is electrically connected with the power converter. The method comprises the following steps: First, it is to control a battery of the electronic device to supplies power to the electronic device and disconnecting a power supply path of supplying the power from the power converter to the electronic device. After disconnecting the power supply path, the impedance of the voltage dividing circuit of the power converter is regulated to vary the power supply voltage outputted to the electronic device. And then, the varied power supply voltage is detected and the power outputted form the power converter will be recognized according to the power supply voltage.

Abstract: A method for allowing and managing user equipment to connect to wireless local network from cellular network via a femtocell is provided. The method includes the steps of: broadcasting an RF signal within a predetermined area to allow the user equipment within the predetermined area to register with the femtocell; broadcasting a paging signal to search for at least one hotspot within a wireless cellular network coverage area when the user equipment has registered with the femtocell; establishing a connection between the femtocell and a found hotspot; sending a request to the found hotspot for obtaining connection information; sending the connection information to the user equipment registered with the femtocell, allowing the user equipment to access the wireless local area network via the found hotspot.
