    Abstract: A substrate having a transparent electrode for a flexible display which has flexibility and transparency and is resistant to stress of bending, and a method of fabricating the same are provided. By forming a transparent electrode of nanowires resistant to stress of bending on a substrate formed of a shape memory polymer (SMP) material, an increase in resistance due to bending can be prevented and the original form can be recovered. The method for fabricating a substrate having a transparent electrode for a flexible display includes: applying a nanowire dispersion solution of methanol to a glass substrate to form a nanowire electrode; coating the glass substrate with the nanowire electrode formed thereon, with an acrylic shape memory polymer (SMP) to form an SMP thin film; curing the SMP thin film through UV irradiation to form an SMP substrate; and removing the glass substrate from the SMP substrate.

A bandgap reference voltage generator may detect current having characteristic of CTAT and current having characteristic of PTAT which flow in a current compensation part included in an amplification part, and provide body voltage to one of two input transistors included in the amplification part in response to ratio of the two currents when the ratio is different from the preconfigured reference value. Thus, characteristics according to changes of parameters of elements and change of offset of the amplification part due to changes of PVT may be enhanced, and a characteristic of power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) may be enhanced.

The voltage boost stage is used for receiving a first master signal of the m master signals and converting the first master signal into a first high voltage signal, wherein a high logic level of the first master signal is increased to a highest voltage by the voltage boost stage. The n driving stages receives the n slave signals, respectively, and receives the first high voltage signal. In response to the highest voltage of the first high voltage signal, the n driving stages sequentially generates n gate driving signals according to the n slave signals.
