Abstract: A substrate having a transparent electrode for a flexible display which has flexibility and transparency and is resistant to stress of bending, and a method of fabricating the same are provided. By forming a transparent electrode of nanowires resistant to stress of bending on a substrate formed of a shape memory polymer (SMP) material, an increase in resistance due to bending can be prevented and the original form can be recovered. The method for fabricating a substrate having a transparent electrode for a flexible display includes: applying a nanowire dispersion solution of methanol to a glass substrate to form a nanowire electrode; coating the glass substrate with the nanowire electrode formed thereon, with an acrylic shape memory polymer (SMP) to form an SMP thin film; curing the SMP thin film through UV irradiation to form an SMP substrate; and removing the glass substrate from the SMP substrate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bandgap reference voltage generator insensitive to changes of process, voltage, and temperature. A bandgap reference voltage generator may detect current having characteristic of CTAT and current having characteristic of PTAT which flow in a current compensation part included in an amplification part, and provide body voltage to one of two input transistors included in the amplification part in response to ratio of the two currents when the ratio is different from the preconfigured reference value. Thus, characteristics according to changes of parameters of elements and change of offset of the amplification part due to changes of PVT may be enhanced, and a characteristic of power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) may be enhanced.

Abstract: A multiplex driving circuit receives m master signals and n slave signals, and includes m driving modules for generating m×n gate driving signals. Each driving module includes a voltage boost stage and n driving stages. The voltage boost stage is used for receiving a first master signal of the m master signals and converting the first master signal into a first high voltage signal, wherein a high logic level of the first master signal is increased to a highest voltage by the voltage boost stage. The n driving stages receives the n slave signals, respectively, and receives the first high voltage signal. In response to the highest voltage of the first high voltage signal, the n driving stages sequentially generates n gate driving signals according to the n slave signals.

Abstract: A network camera comprising an infrared light emitting component, a night lens, an infrared light penetrable cover and a shading ring is provided. The infrared light penetrable cover covers the night lens and the infrared light emitting component, and has a through hole from which the night lens is exposed. The shading ring is disposed on the infrared light penetrable cover and surrounding the night lens to shade and prevent the light emitted by the infrared light emitting component from being outputted off the through hole. The network camera of the invention can adopt a short type infrared light emitting component to simplify the assembly of the network camera.

Abstract: A system includes a pressure sensitive material that provides an indication of applied pressure for multiple locations on the material, and an analysis device in communication with the pressure sensitive material. The analysis device receives the indication of applied pressure, determines, for each of multiple measurement periods, a pressure image from the indication of applied pressure such that a sequence of pressure images is determined, and constructs a manifold representing the sequence of pressure images.

Abstract: A charge sharing apparatus and a charge sharing method applied in a driving circuit of a liquid crystal display are disclosed. The driving circuit includes at least one data latch and at least one output switch. The charge sharing apparatus includes a generating module and an adjusting module. The generating module is coupled to the at least one data latch and used for generating at least one charge sharing level according to at least one data signal inputted to the at least one data latch. The adjusting module is coupled between the generating module and the at least one output switch and used for selectively adjusting level changing state of at least one output signal outputted by the at least one output switch according to the at least one charge sharing level.

Abstract: Disclosed is a graphene transistor. The graphene transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, a graphene layer, an insulating layer, a gate electrode and at least one doping layer. The graphene layer is disposed between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The gate electrode is separated from the graphene layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode by the insulating layer. The doping layer is disposed on the graphene layer or beneath the graphene layer for providing dopants for the graphene layer. The doping layer includes nonstoichiometric compounds. The graphene transistor of the present invention has a superior air stability and is not easily affected by environment.
