    Abstract: An exemplary capacitive touch sensor includes a first wire-like electrode and a second wire-like electrode. The first wire-like electrode includes at least a first main wire and multiple first sub-wires, the first main wire continuously extends along a first direction, and the first sub-wires are electrically connected with the first main wire. The second wire-like electrode includes at least a second main wire, and the second main wire continuously extends along a second direction different from the first direction. Moreover, the first wire-like electrode and the second wire-like electrode are electrically insulated from each other and each is made of an opaque conductive material. The second main line is arranged crossing over the first main wire. Furthermore, a capacitive touch apparatus using the above-mentioned capacitive touch sensor is provided.

The flyback converting unit includes a dual-output winding transformer connected to the half-bridge converting unit. The dual-output winding transformer includes a first winding at a primary side of the dual-output winding transformer and a second winding and a third winding at a secondary side of the dual-output winding transformer. The third winding converts leakage inductance attributed to the first winding and the second winding to electrical energy that is provided to the half-bridge converting unit.

The two detect pins are fastened to two opposite ends of the insulative housing, respectively, each has a detecting portion located in the receiving cavity, and the detecting portions of the two detect pins are disposed offset along a front-to-back direction for being selectively pushed by the mating plug. One of the contacts is formed with a wing contacting with the first detecting portion. The electrical connector can detect insertions of different mating plugs via the detect pins.

This configuration prevents reactant gases from flowing between a substrate and the substrate support during a deposition process, thereby preventing deposition of an undesired thin film and impurity particles on the back side of the substrate.
