    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device for performing sidelink transmission in a sidelink resource pool. In one embodiment, the first device has a configuration of the sidelink resource pool, wherein the sidelink resource pool is enabled with resource reservation for different Transport Blocks (TBs). The first device also has a configuration of a list of reserved periods. Furthermore, the first device selects or determines a first reserved period from the list of reserved periods, wherein the first selected or determined reserved period is within a first set of reserved periods. In addition, the first device randomly selects a first integer in a first interval, wherein the first interval is based on a scaling factor and a second interval, and the scaling factor is derived based on a largest reserved period in the first set of reserved periods, and wherein the first integer indicates a number of transmission opportunities of different TBs with the first reserved period.

The first minimum DFI time delay is for validation of Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) information in response to one or more first uplink transmissions. The UE configures a second minimum DFI time delay for the second configured grant according to the configuration. The second minimum DFI time delay is for validation of HARQ information in response to one or more second uplink transmissions. The UE does not expect the second minimum DFI time delay to have a different value than the first minimum DFI time delay.

The UE receives, from the network, a configuration with a set of time offsets for determining an association set. The UE determines one or more slots. Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool.     Abstract: In an example, a second UE receives a first SCI and a second SCI from a first UE in a first slot. A groupcast sidelink transmission is scheduled by the first SCI and the second SCI. The second SCI indicates a location indication, associated with a location of the first UE, and a communication range. A PSFCH resource is determined based upon the first SCI. The second UE doesn't transmit a NACK indication on the PSFCH resource if location information of the second UE is available, the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, and the second UE is outside the communication range. The second UE transmits the NACK indication on the PSFCH resource if the location information isn't available and the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, or if the location information is available, the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, and the second UE is within the communication range.

    Abstract: An information handling system presents visual images at a display that includes a display panel having a capacitive touch detection surface supported by an indium tin oxide layer disposed between a front layer, such as polarizer, and a display cell. To prevent excessive charge build up associated with the capacitive touch detection surface, a conductive ink is applied at the display panel perimeter and interfaced with a ground at the rear side of the display panel. In one example embodiment, a non-conductive ink insulates the conductive ink from the display panel except as desired to transfer excess charge from the indium tin oxide layer. The conductive ink may interface directly with the indium tin oxide layer or indirectly through a second non-conductive ink having greater conductivity than the insulative non-conductive ink.
