    Abstract: An inflatable display with dynamic lighting effect has an inflatable body, an air pump inflating the inflatable body, and a lighting assembly mounted inside the inflatable body for providing dynamic lighting variations. The lighting assembly has a light housing, a power supply, a lighting module, and a refracting module mounted in the light housing. The lighting module and the refracting module rotate relative to each other. As light beams emitted from the lighting module pass through the refracting module, the light beams are mixed and refracted. With relative rotation of the lighting module and the refracting module, the light beams can project outwards to further penetrate through the inflatable body at different angles covering a large area to form the dynamic lighting variations and to exhibit the dynamic lighting effect.

The formation of the barrier material can include forming a polymer material being configured to substantially block a migration of an active metal species to the substrate member, and being characterized by a barrier degrading temperature. The formation of cathode material can include forming a cathode material having an amorphous characteristic, while maintaining a temperature of about ?40 Degrees Celsius to no greater than 500 Degrees Celsius such that a spatial volume is characterized by an external border region of the cathode material. The method can then involve transferring the resulting thin film solid state battery device.

    Abstract: An air flow switching apparatus includes a six-way valve, a Geneva mechanism, and a driving motor. The six-way valve includes an inlet, an outlet and four openings. The driving motor with the Genera mechanism connected with the valve vane and the air flow switching apparatus is installed within an inflatable toy. The four openings of the six-way valve are respectively connected with four airbags at a periphery of the inflatable toy and the airbags are used as limbs of the inflatable toy. When the air pump pumps air into a body, a portion of the air passes through the six-way valve into some airbags and a portion of the air is released from some airbags. The driving motor drives the valve vane to intermittently rotate via the Geneva mechanism. Therefore, the limbs generate different motions by the air to let the inflatable toy have vivid motion effect.

The underground line locator includes a receiver generating raw measurement data based on a location of an underground line relative to the receiver, a motion sensor generating motion data based on a state of motion of the underground line locator, a processor coupled to the receiver and the motion sensor, and a display coupled to the processor. The processor determines a measurement signal based on the raw measurement data. A responsiveness of the measurement signal to the raw measurement data is based on the motion data. The display shows a representation of the measurement signal. In one or more embodiments, the measurement signal may be determined using a primary signal detector that adaptively filters the raw measurement data using an adaptive band-pass filter.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a non-invasive method of measuring skin thickness and blood glucose concentration of a subject by a Raman system. The advantage of the present invention is that a single Raman spectrum is used to measure both the skin thickness and glucose concentration. The skin thickness and Raman intensity retrieved from the same Raman spectrum are both utilized to yield a more accurate blood glucose concentration. The present invention also discloses a Raman system for measuring physiological data of a subject. It comprises a Raman spectroscopic unit and a signal processing unit.

The preparation method comprises first preparing a crystal seed solution, then immersing the dry support with the multi-channel hollow fiber configuration in the crystal seed solution, and extracting and drying the support to obtain a crystal-seeded support; and finally placing the crystal-seeded support in a zeolite membrane synthetic fluid, performing hydrothermal synthesis, and taking out, washing and drying the product to obtain the high-strength hollow fiber zeolite membrane. The multi-channel hollow fiber support can provide high mechanical property, which greatly reduces the depreciation rate of the hollow fiber zeolite membrane equipment during use.
