    Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal reactive monomer on a polyimide surface of an alignment film and a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal reactive monomer has a hard core and is contained in a liquid crystal composition. The liquid crystal reactive monomer is represented by the formula (I) or the formula (II), and the molecular weight thereof is greater than or equal to 300. The solubility of the liquid crystal RMs is significantly improved in a liquid crystal matrix while the returning force of liquid crystal molecules is increased, so as to solve the image sticking issue, increase the polymerization capacity of the liquid crystal molecules, raise the curing speed of the curing reaction between the liquid crystal RMs and the polyimide surface and shorten the curing time, so that the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction can be achieved.

Because hydrocarbon bonds of a side chain of polyimide surface of an alignment film has a fluorophobic effect, the fluoro group of the reactive monomer of liquid crystal can lower the interaction between the polyimide surface of the alignment film and the reactive monomer of liquid crystal to thus evenly deposit the liquid crystal composition containing the reactive monomers of liquid crystal onto the polyimide surface of the alignment film.     Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal panel and an alignment film thereof, and the alignment film is made of a modified polyimide which has conjugated double bond at side chain. Resistance value of the alignment film is less than the resistance value of a liquid crystal material of the liquid crystal panel by properties of the conjugated double bond that can reduce the resistance value of a prior art polyimide. In addition, improving the imidization ratio of a modified polyimide alignment film is important. The present invention is conducted the charged ion from liquid crystal layer to the alignment film by the conjugated double bond of the modified polyimide at the side chain to prevent the increase in the ion density of the liquid crystal in part of this area, and improve the problem of image sticking.

The inhibitor quenches polymerization of radicals of the reactive monomers, which is triggered by light or heat before the polymerization alignment process. Therefore influence on the reactive monomers before the polymerization alignment process is reduced and stability of the LC medium is improved.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel is provided. The method comprises the following steps. Firstly, an upper substrate and a lower substrate are provided. Next, a liquid crystal material is interposed between the upper and lower substrates. The liquid crystal material comprises at least one liquid crystal molecule and at least two photosensitive monomers, and the absorption peak of at least one photosensitive monomer is larger than 300 nm. Then, a voltage is applied between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and a ultra-violet with a first wavelength is used for irradiation so as to allow most photosensitive monomers to be polymerized as polymer. Lastly, a ultra-violet with a second wavelength is used for irradiation, wherein the second wavelength is larger than the first wavelength so as to allow residual photosensitive monomers to be polymerized.
