    Abstract: A composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate, an anti-reflective layer, and an anti-glare layer. The anti-reflective layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and has at least a first anti-reflective film and the refractive index of the first anti-reflective film is greater than that of the transparent substrate. The anti-glare layer is disposed on the anti-reflective layer, and the anti-glare layer and the transparent substrate are respectively located at two opposite sides of the anti-reflective layer. The refractive index of the anti-glare layer is less than that of the first anti-reflective film, and the anti-glare layer has a rough surface distant from the anti-reflective layer.

    Abstract: To compare sensitivities of the compounds, A549 human lung cancer cells were treated with increasing concentrations (0, 1, 5, 10, 25 ?M) of 2-(2-Nitro-fluoren-9-ylidenemethyl)-phenol (CYD-1-87) and derivatives for 48 h. The surviving cell fraction was determined using the sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay as described in (Vichai & Kirtikara, Nat Protoc 1, 1112-1116, 2006 hereby incorporated by reference). The sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay is used for cell density determination, based on the measurement of cellular protein content. The method described here has been optimized for the toxicity screening of compounds to adherent cells in a 96-well format. After an incubation period, cell monolayers are fixed with 10% (wt/vol) trichloroacetic acid and stained for 30 min, after which the excess dye is removed by washing repeatedly with 1% (vol/vol) acetic acid. The protein-bound dye is dissolved in 10 mM Tris base solution for OD determination at 510 nm using a microplate reader.

    Abstract: Particles of a macro-porous ion exchange resin are dispersed in a solution of a transition metal compound, such as a compound of molybdenum, tungsten, or vanadium. The resin may be composed for anion exchange or cation ion exchange and, correspondingly, anions or cations of the metal are exchanged onto active ion exchange sites on the molecular chains of the resin. The resin is then carbonized and graphitized to form nanometer-size particles of transition metal carbide on particles of graphite. If the compared result doesn't meet the condition, then keep the basic spectrogram parameter. And if it meets the condition, then the engine generates the dynamic spectrogram parameter. Based on the dynamic spectrogram combination strategy, the engine combines the basic spectrogram parameter and the dynamic spectrogram parameter generated to the combined spectrogram parameter instead of the basic spectrogram parameter.
