The contact unit includes a plurality of structural components surrounding the axis and extending outwardly from the main body along the axis. Each structural component has a pointed tip suitable for contact with an object to be tested, and at least one ridgeline connected to the pointed tip. The at least one ridgeline is inclined with respect to a reference surface that passes through said pointed tip and that is perpendicular to the axis, and is configured to form an included angle with the reference surface.     Abstract: For electrically connecting an integrated circuit under test to a test circuit board, a test signals conduction device includes a contact member and a spring member. The contact member has a main portion, a contact portion and an extension portion. When the contact portion is pressed by the integrated circuit, the contact portion and the extension portion rotate about the main portion in a first direction, thereby causing the spring member to deform and switch to an energy storing state from a normal state. When the integrated circuit board is moved away from the contact portion, the spring member returns from the energy storing state to the normal state and causes the extension portion and the contact portion to rotate in a second direction.

The insulating body has an insertion trough through which the electrical conductive pins are disposed. Each electrical conductive elastic piece comprises a connecting portion electrically connected to the electrical conductive pin, a bending portion extending from the connecting portion, and a fixing portion extending from the bending portion to be electrically connected to the circuit board. The elastic deformation of the bending portion protects the electrical connection between the electrical conductive pins and the circuit board. The present invention prevents against solder cracks caused by shaking forces during its removal and plugging. Further, the time and cost for assembly are reduced.
