Abstract: A dosing apparatus for dosing a powder product inside containers includes a hopper provided with an inner cavity for containing the product, a lower portion provided with a supply duct with a terminal aperture for the outflow of the product, a metering screw rotating inside the supply duct and a washing manifold provided with an inlet opening and containing at least a sonotrode. In a cleaning configuration of the dosing apparatus, the washing manifold is connected to the hopper coupling the inlet opening to the supply duct, so as to receive and contain a washing liquid introduced in the hopper. The sonotrode is activated to produce alternate pressure waves capable of generating in the washing liquid air bubbles adapted to propagate towards the inner cavity through the supply duct, and to implode thus creating shock waves.

Abstract: A method for weighing containers arranged inside a holding structure includes providing a holding structure suitable to house in a substantially stable position at least one container, said at least one container including a supporting portion shaped so as to keep the container suspended on the holding structure, bringing said at least one container to a weighing station including a weighing member suitable to weight said at least one container, weighing said at container by means of said weighing member; wherein the weighing step is carried out by moving the holding structure so as to put said at least one container housed inside the holding structure in contact with the weighing member kept in a stationary position, until the detachment of the supporting portion of said at least one container from the holding structure is obtained.

Abstract: An opening assembly for a package, particularly for containers including vials, bottles, syringes, and carpules which can be installed in a container handling and filling system. The package includes a tub covered by a covering film, the tub containing a nest bearing the containers in an orderly manner. The opening assembly includes at least one clamp located upstream of an opening placed on a separation wall between a first and second sterile environment. While the package passes through the opening, the clamp clamps a portion of an edge of the covering film, consequently removing the covering film from the tub.

Abstract: A conveyor assembly for packages of containers for pharmaceutical use which include an outer bag. The assembly includes a handling line for gripping elements and a dispensing apparatus for a laminar flow of gas positioned above the top of the line and directed towards the line itself. Each gripping element includes at least one clamping jaw for at least one flap of said bag to hang it so that each of its outer surfaces is invested by the laminar flow of gas during its handling.
