Abstract: The pliable portable toilet seat cover device provides several features that are beneficial to a user. The seat cover removably fits between the seat and the lid of an existing toilet. The bottom layer provides a true barrier between an existing toilet seat and a user. The bottom layer is comprised of plasticized material that is also bactericidal and fungicidal. The top layer is provided in the same and also in various other materials that are attractive and that provide a more comfortable skin touch. The top layer is removably affixed to the bottom layer. The flaps make positioning of the seat cover easier and provide a degree of retention to a toilet seat with the device in the correct position for use. The flaps also prevent toilet water splash that might otherwise exit the toilet between the seat and the bowl rim.
