Abstract: A disposable drink-through dome lid for disposable drinking cups used in the sale of hot or cold beverages, the top of the lid elevated above the top of the beverage cup when in place. The lid's outer wall is elevated to form a drink ridge adapted to the user's lips for drinking through a generally oval-shaped drink-through orifice. Ideally, the drink-through orifice includes: a drink-through chamber having a drink flap capable of closing off a drink-through opening, thereby shielding against accidental spillage due to sloshing of the beverage while traveling; and a recessed orifice ridge on the interior side of the drink-through orifice, directs froth exiting the drink opening into a spill reservoir. A vent opening positioned near the lid's center and within a vent slot, collects and directs beverage exiting the vent into the spill reservoir.

Abstract: A multipurpose attachment for cylindrical cans containing paints, varnishes and the like, which snap-fit engages to the top of the open cans and having uniformly thin, structurally rigid, and singularly molded construction that is disposable. The paint can liner protects the can's sealing channel into which the lid of a metal can mates, and provides an array of benefits suitable for either metal or plastic paint cans. In its preferred embodiment, primarily for gallon or similarly sized containers, the liner includes a pouring spout, an optional filter for use while pouring, a ribbed sloping surface for rolling excess paint from mini rollers, a horizontal shelf for resting either mini roller or paintbrush, and a linear edge for wiping excess paint from brushes.

Abstract: A disposable drink-through dome lid for disposable drinking cups used in the sale of hot or cold beverages. In order to extend the volume within the cup, the top surface of the lid is elevated above the top surface of the beverage cup when in place, and is encompassed by an annular ridge that includes a generally oval-shaped opening for drinking. In its preferred form the ridge is not continuous around its perimeter but is partially recessed on both sides of opening. In its preferred embodiment the generally oval-shaped opening includes a barrier that projects downward from the opening's perimeter thereby providing shielding against accidental spillage due to sloshing of the beverage while transporting or consuming in a moving vehicle.

Abstract: The Champagne Bottle Opener, a hand manipulable device is described for removing mushroom-shaped stoppers from sparkling beverage bottles. It includes a pair of bifurcated jaws and opposing handles about a common pivot wherein each jaw contains improvements over prior art, improvements that enable the device to function more effectively for the wide dimensional variances in bottle and cork diameters commonly found in the marketplace. The opposing handles contain improvements as well permitting the device to be operated more easily and safely. Also included in the present invention are features that generate a tactile “snap” when the device is properly inserted about the bottle, and provide improved means for anchoring the tool when engaging in the extraction of any mushroom-shaped stopper.
