  • Publication number: 20240068341
Abstract: Injection into a subterranean formation is optimized using a computation model to optimize injection. An optimization objective is to maximize the cumulative fluid mass rates injection that span over the remaining life of the field, while maintaining a dense or supercritical phase and operating within the equipment operational parameters. The phase at each location may be determined based on pressure and temperature, and flow is dynamically adjusted to maintain a phase having at least a threshold density of the carbon dioxide injected at each injection location.

  • Publication number: 20230407731
Abstract: A method to perform a real-time analysis of fluid flow in a well, includes receiving data simultaneously streamed from a plurality of sensors, and populating a model of the well with the data, where the model has a plurality of parameters that are inputs of the model, and where each parameter being associated with data streamed from a sensor of the plurality of sensors. The method also includes calculating a fluid flow of a fluid flowing through a location of the well based on the model. In response to receiving new data streamed from one or more sensors of the plurality of sensors, the method further includes dynamically calibrating the model in real time based on the new data and calculating an updated fluid flow of the fluid flowing through location of the well based on the recalibrated model.

  • Publication number: 20230313647
Abstract: A method to dynamically control fluid flow in a multi-well system includes receiving first fluid flow data indicative of fluid flow at a first node of a plurality of nodes, each node being a node along a well of a plurality of wells of a multi-well system, receiving second fluid flow data indicative of fluid flow at a second node of the plurality of nodes, analyzing the first fluid flow data and the second fluid flow data, determining an impact on fluid flow at the second node due to fluid flow at the first node, and determining, based on the impact, whether to adjust fluid flow at a node of the plurality of nodes. In response to a determination to adjust fluid flow at the node, the method further includes determining an adjustment to the fluid flow at the node; and requesting a fluid control device to make the adjustment.

  • Publication number: 20230114639
Abstract: Dark ride system 1 typically comprises a ride space; a set of wirelessly-controlled and tracklessly-guided passenger vehicle platforms 10 dispatchable within the ride space; a set of wirelessly-controlled and tracklessly-guided themed scenery vehicle platforms dispatchable within the ride space; a load and unload area for passengers disposed proximate the ride space; and a control system. A predetermined set of passengers is allowed to board a predetermined subset of the set of wirelessly-controlled and tracklessly-guided passenger vehicle platforms at the load and unload area and the set of wirelessly-controlled and tracklessly-guided themed scenery vehicle platforms dispatched in an initial spatial arrangement at one or more predetermined times. During a ride show, the control system choreographs and changes a predetermined subset of the set of wirelessly-controlled and tracklessly-guided themed scenery vehicle platforms.

  • Patent number: 11571632
Abstract: A seat moving machine comprises a passenger seat assembly disposed in between opposing seat supports which raise and lower the passenger seat assembly. One or more passenger seat beam rotators are operative to rotate the passenger seat assembly to change the pitch independently of the raising and lowering. In embodiments, rather that the seat rows being pivoted up with a rotating floor, a rotate function alters their mutual positions to one another while the lift function is taking place which brings the back seat rows up and over the front seat rows, allowing control over mutual row position during lift and in the show. Though no cables are involved, by combining the motions of lift and rotate and without any further equipment, an immersive theater system comprising the seat moving machine still employs seating that is suspended.

  • Patent number: 11502968
Abstract: According to one or more embodiments, a first router receives a latency measurement indicative of latency associated with traffic sent from the first router to a second router. The first router calculates an asymmetrical latency as a difference between the latency measurement and a latency associated with traffic sent from the second router to the first router. The first router determines, based on the asymmetrical latency, a symmetrical latency target. The first router sends, to the second router, an indication of the symmetrical latency target. The first router and the second router adjust their respective de-jitter buffers to achieve the symmetrical latency target between the first router and the second router.

  • Patent number: 10053138
Abstract: A motion assembly that produces pitch and roll motions includes lower and upper plates. A pivotable coupling having upper and lower shafts extending from its center is coupled between the upper and lower plates. At least two linear actuators are coupled between the plates. Extension and retraction of the actuators pivots the upper plate about the pivotable coupling relative to the lower plate. A vehicle includes two steerable propulsion wheels coupled to a chassis. A lower plate of a pitch and roll assembly, similar to that just described, couples to the chassis via a slew bearing. Seating is coupled to the upper plate. The seating rotates with respect to the chassis via controlled rotation of the slew bearing with reference to the chassis. The seating can be rotated to point in any direction with respect to the chassis regardless of the direction the steerable propulsion wheels move the chassis.
