The first cell has at least one of the following features: the first cell including a plurality of downlink carriers; the first cell including a plurality of uplink carriers; the first cell including at least one downlink carrier that supports frequency division duplexing (FDD) and time division duplexing (TDD).

Abstract: A method for processing data, a communication device and a chip are provided. The method includes the following operations. A node processes data by means of protocol entities of a bearer, and the bearer has at least one of the following characteristics: at least two protocol entities of the bearer are protocol entities of the same type in different modes; the function of at least one protocol entity of the bearer can change dynamically or semi-statically; and the protocol entities of the bearer include a target entity, and the target entity having at least some of the functions of a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity and/or a radio link control (RLC) entity.

Abstract: A security implementation method, includes: receiving, by an issuing node, first request information sent by a first user node, the first request information being used to request a first credential, where the first credential is used to verify an identity of the first user node; and generating, by the issuing node, the first credential in response to the first request information in a case where the issuing node has a first authority, where the first authority refers to an authority capable of generating a credential, and the first authority is jointly granted to the issuing node by multiple committee nodes.

Abstract: A method for security implementation is provided. In the method, a first committee node receives first request information for requesting an authorization certificate for a first issuing node; and the first committee node generates a first digital signature jointly with at least one second committee node. The first digital signature is used to generate the authorization certificate for the first issuing node; and the authorization certificate is used to prove that the first issuing node has a first permission, which refers to a permission to issue certificates for a plurality of user nodes managed by the first issuing node. Provided is also a method of security implementation performed by a proxy server, and an apparatus of security implementation applied to a proxy server.

Abstract: Provided is a method for determining a sensing node. The method is applicable to a first device, and includes: receiving a sensing request message from a second device, the sensing request message including information of an AOI, wherein the AOI is an area to be measured in sensing measurement; and transmitting a feedback message to the second device based on position information of the first device and the information of the AOI, wherein the feedback message is for determining the sensing node participating in the sensing measurement.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of wireless communication are provided. The method by a user equipment (UE) includes being configured by a base station with a listen before talk (LBT) failure recovery procedure, detecting an LBT failure per uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP), and triggering an UL LBT failure medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for one or more serving cells configured to trigger the LBT failure. This can solve issues in the prior art, trigger an UL LBT failure MAC CE for any serving cell which has triggered an LBT failure, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

For example, a device can be used for assessing visual functions, such as PLR and OMR, in animals that includes a visual stimulus unit. The device can also include one or more input devices that include at least one camera that is configured to monitor movement of the test subject and a processor that is configured to analyze the movement of the test subject taken by the camera and to assess visual functions of the test subject. The device can be used in a system including a designated general location for the test subject in which the test subject can see the visual stimulus unit and move freely while being monitored by the camera.
