  • Patent number: 11809971
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for autonomous computing replacing or augmenting a human user of computer programs, where access to internal operations of the computer program is not used. An application controller can use the display output of a computer program to determine a current state of the computer program, using the disclosed embodiments. For example, identity of menu options of the computer program can be determined from image frames obtained from the display output of the computer program and used to determine the current state of the computer program. The application controller can provide input commands to the computer program to execute the computer program from the current state to a destination state.

  • Patent number: 11765274
Abstract: Implementations relate to determination and display of estimated hold durations for calls. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining an identifier of a target entity, the identifier usable by a first call device to initiate a call between the first call device and the target entity. A hold duration is determined that is an estimated amount of time before the call is matched to a human agent when the call is initiated at a particular time that is prospective to a current time. The hold duration is determined based on previous calls between one or more call devices and the target entity. The hold duration is provided for display by the first call device prior to the initiation of the call between the first call device and the target entity.

  • Publication number: 20220294055
Abstract: A battery cabinet with a plurality of spaced apart shelves of equal width and depth. Each shelf supports a removable battery module. In turn, each module has a fixed adapter that holds batteries as a battery bank where the module and adapter occupy most of the space between shelves. Battery cells are vertically or horizontally aligned with terminals joined to comb-shaped straps with blades joined to battery terminals. The space between blades allows for thermal expansion without wear on terminals.

  • Publication number: 20200250231
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods of autonomously or semi-autonomously generating a graph based upon ingested data, triggered by a user or a machine driven request, including for organizations that do not possess a fully ingested/inflated graph. Nodes of a graph may comprise expressions tied to specific data and/or data fields of the organization. Dimensional hierarchies may also be mapped to the specific data and/or data fields. Also disclosed are systems and methods for extrapolating and inflating ingested data and providing analysis to a user. The present disclosure also: (1) provides autonomous (or semi-autonomous) ingestion of data and inflation of a graph across potentially billions of nodes attributable to a particular organization; (2) retrieving insights and analysis on demand at various levels of detail; and (3) permits system resources to identify and analyze patterns, trends and anomalies in the graph for making adjustments and enhancements.

  • Publication number: 20190095507
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems for providing information in an automated or semi-automated manner, through use of one or more autonomous virtual analysts. In one embodiment, the autonomous virtual analysts may perform many of the same functions as a human analyst, and provide business intelligence relating to revenue, income, profit, loss, expenses, historical data, projections, trends, comparative analysis, etc. In embodiments, the autonomous virtual analyst may be employed through use of natural language dialog with a user, and further configured to capture and appropriately respond to the context of the dialog by supplying a user with information pertinent to the request. According to varying embodiments, a variety of decision trees comprising a plurality of nodes is disclosed. In varying embodiments, the system may comprise one or more distinct modules, including a driver graph module.

  • Patent number: 10140232
Abstract: An information handling system (IHS), peripheral component interface (PCI) system and method for expanding PCI nodes in an IHS. The PCI system includes a primary PCI node. The primary PCI node has a PCI switch communicatively coupled to a processor via a system interconnect. The PCI switch is communicatively coupled to several PCI devices. A communication module is communicatively coupled to the PCI switch. A PCI expansion node is communicatively coupled to the primary PCI node via a PCI bus and a sideband bus. The IHS executes firmware that enables expansion of the IHS by configuring the primary PCI node to recognize the one or more interconnected PCI expansion nodes and integrate the functions of the interconnected PCI expansion nodes into an expanded PCI subsystem. The primary PCI node and PCI expansion node can be substantially identical IHSs, having the same motherboards and chassis.
