    Abstract: A magnetic element includes at least one primary winding, at least one secondary winding, a magnetic core, and an auxiliary winding. A winding segment or an entire of the primary winding or a winding segment or an entire of the secondary winding is defined as a parallel-connected winding set. The magnetic core includes a plurality of winding legs, two lateral legs, and two connection parts. The at least one primary winding and the at least one secondary winding are wound around each winding leg. The directions of magnetic fluxes through every two adjacent winding legs are opposite. The auxiliary winding is wound on one of two lateral legs, and electrically connected with the parallel-connected winding set. A direction of a magnetic flux generated by the auxiliary winding is opposite to a direction of the magnetic flux through the adjacent winding leg.

A cross-connected storage capacitor is electrically connected between a node between the upper and middle switches and the third terminal.     Abstract: A power conversion circuit is provided. According to the topologies of power conversion circuits and the corresponding control manners of the present disclosure, the output voltage is greatly reduced relative to the input voltage, and thus the function of voltage reduction is achieved. Moreover, a voltage-second product of the time and the voltage across the first output inductor and a voltage-second product of the time and the voltage across the second output inductor are both greatly reduced. Accordingly, the inductance, volume and loss of the first output inductor and the second output inductor are greatly reduced. Therefore, the voltage regulation module may receive the low output voltage outputted by the power conversion circuit, thereby reducing the overall volume of the voltage regulation module and increasing the power conversion density and conversion efficiency of the voltage regulation module.

The metallic heat-dissipation substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first surface has at least a fixing position and at least a heat-dissipating position. The fixing position is directly or indirectly connected with the second surface. A gap accumulated by tolerances is existed between the heat-dissipating position and the heat-generating component. A gap-filling material is filled into the gap. The second surface and the system board are soldered with each other. Therefore, the heat-dissipation efficiency is enhanced.
