The grill unit allows water contained in grill pipes to continuously flow in any one direction, and prevents the generation of noise caused by water vapor discharged from the grill pipes to the water tanks.

Abstract: A cooking apparatus includes a body, a pair of heating units, a grill unit, a heat reflecting unit, and a cooling fan. The heating units are arranged between the grill unit and the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit includes inner and outer reflecting plates that are inclined at certain angles to reflect heat radiated from the heating units toward the grill unit. The cooling fan is positioned in an inner space of the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit has front, rear, and side plates, which are provided with a plurality of through holes, so that air passes through the inner space of the heat reflecting unit.

Abstract: A cooking apparatus, which is provided with a cover having an air ventilation structure that ventilates air into and out of a cooking space to maintain a desirable temperature of the cooking space. Accordingly, the cooking apparatus has at least one heating unit, a grill unit, such that food laid thereon is cooked by heat from the heating unit, and the cover, covering the food, defining a cooking space thereunder, and having the air ventilation structure to ventilate air into and out of the cooking space during cooking. Food and oil are prevented from being burned, so that carcinogenic substances and smoke are not generated, and convenience of use is increased.

Abstract: A microwave oven using DC power which can endure strong vibrations and eliminate noise according to noise standards. The microwave oven includes at least one second choke coil which is arranged outside a magnetron filter box and connected in series to at least one first choke coil installed in the magnetron filter box. Each choke coil and a feed-through condenser constitute a low pass filter. The size of each of the first choke coil is reduced and the size of each of the second choke coil is increased, so as to endure the strong vibrations and eliminate the noise generated by a driving of a magnetron.

Abstract: A cooking apparatus capable of uniformly heating and cooking food laid on a grill unit using thermal energy radiated from a heating unit, includes a cabinet opened at a top surface thereof to provide an opening over which the food to be cooked is laid. A grill unit is seated in the opening of the cabinet so as to support the food over the opening. A heating unit is installed in the cabinet at a position offset from an effective grill part of the grill unit so that a front surface of the heating unit faces the grill unit to transmit thermal energy to the grill unit supporting the food laid thereon. The cooking apparatus also includes a heat blocking member to block a part of the thermal energy transmitted to an edge of the grill unit, thus allowing the thermal energy to be uniformly transmitted to the food laid on the grill unit. Thus, the cooking apparatus of the present invention allows food laid close to the edge and food laid on a central portion of the grill unit to be uniformly heated and cooked.

The DC power supply unit includes at least one rectifying diode and a choke coil. The rectifying diode rectifies high frequency alternating current (AC) power generated by a heater coil into the DC power to suppress noise induced in the high voltage line of a high voltage transformer. The choke coil forms ripples in the DC power and effectively prevents a moding of the magnetron, which is generated where a constant DC voltage is supplied.
