Furthermore, the drying apparatus includes a lower drying part including a lower drying nozzle which is formed below the object and which extends along the width direction of the object. The first and second drying nozzles are configured to dry the object with different heat sources. There is an effect that the drying deviation of the object may be minimized and the precision of the drying may be increased by effectively preventing the overdrying or non-drying of the object during the drying of the object.
