  • Publication number: 20120199833
Abstract: A radiation detector of this invention has a barrier layer on the upper surface of a high resistance film along the outer edge of a common electrode, which enables prevention of a chemical reaction between an amorphous semiconductor layer and a curable synthetic resin. The barrier layer is adhesive to the curable synthetic resin film, and this can prevent strength being insufficient, such that temperature changes cause separation in interfaces between the barrier layer and curable synthetic resin film, thereby reducing the effect of inhibiting warpage and cracking. The material for the barrier layer is an insulating material not including a substance that would chemically react with the amorphous semiconductor layer. This can prevent components of the material for the barrier layer from chemically reacting with the semiconductor layer. Consequently, creeping discharge at the outer edge of the common electrode where electric fields concentrate can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 8239652
Abstract: Before arbitration is performed in an arbitration section, an access from a master is kept in a waiting state until update of a conversion table buffer is performed, and an address conversion section is provided in a subsequent stage of the arbitration section. Without waiting for the completion of buffer update, an access is issued in advance at a time when it is assured that update is completed at the completion of address conversion. Thus, influences of waiting buffer update on another master can be eliminated and access latency can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20120087469
Abstract: An X-ray photography device capable of visualizing the operating state or position of a support unit in an image system during examinations with memory switches and enhancing the operability of the memory switches is provided. When a plurality of memory switches 30a-30i is operated, target rotation information corresponding to the memory switches are read from a target rotation information memory unit 40, and a C-arm is controlled to rotate, so as to make actual rotation information consistent with the target rotation information. The memory switches 30a-30i are respectively arranged in association with rotation directions and rotation angles to designate specific storage areas in the target rotation information memory unit 40 corresponding to the directions and angles. During the rotation control or when the actual rotation information is consistent with the target rotation information, the corresponding display lamp (one of display lamps 31a-31i) of the operated memory switch is turned on.

  • Patent number: 8127161
Abstract: An access stop control apparatus is provided in a resource control apparatus so that reception of access from a master apparatus is temporarily stopped during changing of a clock frequency and the clock frequency is changed at safe timing. Thereby, the operation of the master apparatus does not need to be stopped during changing of the clock frequency and a period for which access to a resource is stopped can be suppressed. Therefore, execution of an application requiring real-timeness is not affected.

  • Patent number: 8087697
Abstract: To allow an occupant to easily wear a seat belt without twisting his or her body when the occupant sits in a seat. When a door sensor 60 detects the opening of a door, a motor is driven to wind up a seat belt 2 so as to move a belt guide 4 against biasing force of a spring 9, thereby evacuating the seat belt 2 to a rear side of a vehicle relative to a seat back 1a. When the door sensor 60 detects the closing of the door and a seat sensor 61 detects the sitting of the occupant, the motor is driven in the reverse direction to make a clutch mechanism 34 in the disconnected state so as to protrude the seat belt 2 in the forward direction of the vehicle by the biasing force of the spring 9.

  • Patent number: 7988197
Abstract: A seat belt retractor (6) according to the present invention, when mounted on a vehicle body, has an ECU (16) laid out in such a manner that an ECU connector (16c) faces a vehicle side connector (18) mounted to a predetermined position of the vehicle body. Such a vehicle side connector (18) is connected to a power supply (17). Such a layout of the ECU (16) allows the ECU connector (16c) to be directly electrically connected to the vehicle side connector (18).

  • Publication number: 20110176372
Abstract: The memory interface includes: a first data latch unit that delays a strobe signal from a memory device, through a first variable delay unit and reads the strobe signal as a first data signal; and a second data latch unit that delays the same strobe signal through the second variable delay unit and reads the strobe signal as a second data signal. The memory interface uses the data read by the first data latch unit in a normal memory access operation, detects a boundary of the delay amount by comparing the data with the data read by the second data latch unit, and reflects the boundary on the delay amount of the first variable delay unit. Thereby, the delay amount can be corrected without suspending the normal memory access operation.

  • Patent number: 7885133
Abstract: A clock enable (CKE) control circuit (112) is provided between a memory control circuit (111) and a SDRAM (120). When a system is in, e.g., a sleep state, the CKE control circuit (112) controls a CKE signal outputted to the SDRAM (120) such that it is fixed to a Low level. As a result, it is possible to halt a power supply provided to the memory control circuit (111), while maintaining the low-power-consumption mode of the SDRAM (120), so that power consumption resulting from a leakage current is suppressed. In addition, it becomes also possible to reset the memory control circuit (111), while maintaining the low-power-consumption mode of the SDRAM (120).

  • Patent number: 7860940
Abstract: A transmission cancellation section is provided on a bus connecting a master and a slave. During a reset of the master, the transmission cancellation section blocks the bus so that an invalid command flowing on the bus does not reach the slave and executes, instead of the master stopped by the reset operation, generation of data which corresponds to an access request command already output to the slave and is to be sent to the slave and receiving of data from the slave.

  • Patent number: 7836235
Abstract: An access request arbitration section, a data amount management section and a resource control section are provided between a plurality of masters and a shared resource. The data amount management section manages access data amounts passing between the plurality of masters and the resource. The access request arbitration section executes arbitrary arbitration of issuing access permission to a master determined according to the access data amount at any timing, in addition to periodic arbitration of issuing access permission to any of the masters at fixed-interval arbitration timing. If an access request of less than a defined data amount is granted in periodic arbitration, the remaining access chance can be used in arbitrary arbitration.

  • Patent number: 7793984
Abstract: A seatbelt retractor integrated with an electronic control unit. A motor is disposed above both side walls of a frame and on the same side as a spool with respect to a back board. The motor is detachably fixed to at least one of the back board and the both side walls and of the frame. The ECU is detachably mounted to an upper stay extending upward from the back board of the frame and to be mounted to the vehicle body. In this manner, the motor and the ECU are integrated with a seatbelt retractor. Since the ECU is mounted to the upper stay, the weight of the ECU is dispersed not only to the main body of the seatbelt retractor but also to the upper stay. Thus, the vibration of the seatbelt retractor may be reduced.
