Publication number: 20160325738Abstract: A vehicle configured to suppress a variation in a deceleration during braking. When a regeneration braking force is generated by a hybrid ECU to brake a hybrid vehicle, and an abnormality occurs to communication between the ECU and a brake ECU, the ECU gradually decreases a magnitude of a target regeneration braking force as the time elapses. On the other hand, the ECU gradually increases a magnitude of a target friction braking force up to a magnitude of a target total braking force as the time elapses. Further, when the vehicle is braked, and power supply to the ECU is shut off to result in an abnormality in the communication between the ECU and the ECU, the ECU finishes the regeneration operation of an electric motor, and the ECU rapidly increases the magnitude of the target friction braking force to the magnitude of the target total braking force.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 29, 2014Publication date: November 10, 2016Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Tetsuya MIYAZAKI, Daisuke NAKATA

Publication number: 20160319323Abstract: A method for detecting a site which can be modified with an N-linked glycan chain and to which an N-linked glycan chain is actually linked in a glycoprotein; and a method for determining the state of an N-linked glycan chain addition at the site are provided. A glycoprotein having an N-linked glycan chain linked thereto is subjected to an N-linked glycan chain removal treatment with a peptide N-glycanase, subsequently a site capable of being modified with an N-linked glycan chain, in which an Asn residue has been changed to an Asp residue by the action of the peptide N-glycanase, is treated with an endo-type peptidase capable of recognizing an Asp residue to thereby produce peptide fragments, and subsequently the mass of the fragments is detected. In this manner, a site which can be modified with an N-linked glycan chain and to which an N-linked glycan chain is actually linked can be detected.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 17, 2014Publication date: November 3, 2016Applicant: TOSOH CORPORATIONInventor: Daisuke NAKATA -

Patent number: 9073525Abstract: In a brake apparatus, an activation current for opening a simulator cut valve from a closed state is applied, whereupon a steady-state current is applied continuously to maintain the open state. A brake control apparatus and a brake control method are employed to perform control in which a valve opening current, which is higher than the steady-state current, is applied to the simulator cut valve every time a brake pedal is depressed. Thus, in a brake apparatus including a switch valve that is driven steadily by applying the steady-state current thereto, favorable control responsiveness can be maintained in the switch valve at all times while achieving a reduction in power consumption.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 2008Date of Patent: July 7, 2015Assignee: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Tsukasa Fukasawa, Takahiro Okano, Daisuke Nakata, Eiji Nakamura

Patent number: 8931856Abstract: A brake control apparatus obtains a required braking force using a hydraulic braking force in combination with a regenerative braking force. The brake control apparatus includes a hydraulic brake unit that controls the hydraulic braking force. When the deviation of an actual hydraulic pressure from a target pressure falls outside a permissible range (d), the hydraulic brake unit controls the actual hydraulic pressure in such a manner that the deviation falls within the permissible range.
