Abstract: A multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) receiving method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining a first MBMS to be initiated; determining, according to a mapping relationship, a state instruction corresponding to the first MBMS, and the state instruction is used for instructing a terminal to receive the first MBMS in an RRC connected state or a non-RRC connected state; if the state instruction is used for instructing the terminal to receive the first MBMS in the RRC connected state, the terminal determining whether the terminal is currently in the non-RRC connected state; and if the terminal is currently in the non-RRC connected state, sending an RRC connection establishment request to a network device, and the RRC connection establishment request includes first instruction information, and the first instruction information is used for indicating that the reason for establishing the present connection is to receive an MBMS.

Abstract: An information configuration method, a transmission method, a device, a base station, a LMF and a terminal are provided. The information configuration method is applied to a base station, including: receiving positioning capability related information of a terminal which is sent by the terminal; receiving a third message sent by a location management function (LMF) entity, where the third message is configured to indicate Positioning Reference Signal (PRS) configuration information; and determining a configuration of the PRS processing window of the terminal, or determining a configuration of a positioning measurement interval of the terminal.

Abstract: Disclosed are a PRS resource determination method and apparatus, which are used for realizing flexible and dynamic configuration of a DL-PRS according to UE requirements, improving the network efficiency, and ensuring the positioning precision. The method for determining a PRS resource includes: obtaining a list of available PRS configuration information pre-configured by a LMF; and transmitting a PRS resource configuration request to the LMF based on the list of available PRS configuration information pre-configured by the LMF.

The method comprises: an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity obtains and stores a terminal location capability of a terminal, and after a location service for a target terminal arrives, if the terminal location capability of the target terminal is stored in the AMF entity, the AMF entity transmits the terminal location capability of the target terminal to a location management function (LMF) entity, so that the LMF sets a location method for the target terminal according to the terminal location capability. Abstract: The present application provides an MBS data transmission method, and a network side apparatus and a device. The method includes obtaining, for a UE which moves to a target cell and is in a in-active state, MBS session context related information from a source cell by sending a UE context request message to the source cell, and after the target cell establishes an MBS session context, performing MBS data transmission. The solution provided by the present application solves the existing problem that the MBS service transmission continuity cannot be ensured for a UE in the in-active state.
