    Abstract: The present invention discloses a locating method, apparatus and system, and the method comprises the following steps: a Mobility Management Entity (MME) receives a locating service request, selects an Evolved Service Mobile Location Center (E-SMLC), and transmits the locating service request including a locating identifier to the selected E-SMLC; the MME receives a User Equipment (UE) specific message including the locating identifier transmitted by the E-SMLC, and communicates the locating information with the E-SMLC using the locating identifier. The embodiments of the present invention can ensure the correct delivery of the locating information, and further improve the correctness of the locating technology.

    Abstract: A method, a system and an apparatus for acquiring cell location information are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes the following steps: a serving mobile location center acquires the cell antenna location information from a network-side device; the serving mobile location center implements the positioning operation according to the cell antenna location information. In the present invention, the cell antenna location information comprising the information of the longitude, the latitude and the altitude and the like is pre-stored in the evolved Node B (eNodeB), Mobility Management Entity (MME) or Evolved Serving Mobile Location Center (E-SMLC), then according to network planning, the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) beforehand completes the configuration operation of the antenna location information of all the cell in the serving region, thereby further the various kinds of the current positioning technical schemes are improved.

    Abstract: A channel synchronization method, system and device in the multicast broadcast single frequency network are disclosed, which relate to wireless communication filed and are used to solve the problem of unable to ensure the base station to synchronously send the multi-points control channel (MCCH) message in the multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) region in the prior art. The specific scheme is: the network device in the MBSFN obtains multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) service information and confirms the time resource and the frequency resource that bears MBMS service information. The network device sends the MBMS service information, the time resource and the frequency resource information to the base station in the MBSFN. The base station utilizing the time resource and the frequency resource sends the MBMS service information to the terminal via MBMS point to MCCH.

    Abstract: A method, a system and a device for reporting uplink pilot interference are provided, which are applied to time division duplex (TDD) system, and include: a base station measures uplink pilot time slot (UpPTS) interference based on a cell portion; the base station transmits the uplink pilot time slot interference, which carries the home cell portion ID corresponding to the uplink pilot time slot interference, to a radio network controller, therefore the radio network controller selects the transmitting position of the uplink pilot time slot according to the uplink pilot time slot interference and the home cell portion ID. The system realizes the reporting of the dedicated measurement in TDD system.

The method, apparatus and system make the received synchronization data frame of MBMS perform ordering according to the scheduling sequence, so as to ensure a plurality of MBMS perform synchronization schedule and synchronization multiplex between the base station equipments, and make the system obtain the statistical multiplex gain of MBMS service.
