    Abstract: A laser system may include a laser array comprising a plurality of laser array emitters and a seed laser. The seed laser may be positioned on and directed toward an emitting side of the laser array or may be optically coupled to the plurality of laser array emitters by a waveguide bordering the laser array. The seed laser may be configured to emit a seed beam that interferes with one or more array beams emitted by one or more of the laser array emitters and locks the one or more array beams to a phase of the seed beam. An adjustable micro-lens array positioned on an emitting side of the laser array may enable laser array beams to be steered to a target location.

    Abstract: A hybridoma cell line secreting an ActA monoclonal antibody and a use thereof. The hybridoma cell line was deposited on Jul. 8, 2021, at the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) with the depository accession number of CCTCC NO: C2021174. The present invention also discloses the ActA monoclonal antibody secreted by this hybridoma cell line or its progeny cell line, a detection kit containing this ActA monoclonal antibody, immunomagnetic beads, the preparation method and use of immunomagnetic beads, and competitive ELISA and indirect ELISA detection methods. The ActA monoclonal antibody of the present invention has the advantages of high titer, good specificity, and strong affinity with the natural antigen. The Listeria competitive ELISA detection kit and immunomagnetic beads developed based on this antibody have high sensitivity and good stability, effectively monitoring the level of ActA antibodies in clinical serum samples, and can be used for labeling Listeria monocytogenes.

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of slow crystallization rate of poly(ethylene furandicarboxylate) (PEF), a preparation method for a bio-based nucleating agent for PEF and an application thereof are disclosed. In a technical solution, glycine having a bio-based source is subjected to an amidation reaction with furoic acid under the catalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid, followed by an acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide to obtain a bio-based nucleating agent for PEF. The bio-based nucleating agent prepared by the present disclosure can significantly accelerate a crystallization rate of PEF. Most importantly, the bio-based nucleating agent has no effect on the bio-based properties of PEF.
