Abstract: A computer system is provided that includes a server configured to store a plurality of location accounts, each location account being associated with a physical space at a recorded geospatial location. The plurality of location accounts utilize shared data definitions of a physical space parameter. Each physical space is equipped with a corresponding on-premise sensor configured to detect measured values for the physical space parameter over time and send to the server a data stream indicating the measured values. The computer system further includes a network portal, via which an authorized user for a location account can selectively choose whether to share the measured values or a summary thereof with other location accounts via the network portal.

  • Publication number: 20190054923
Abstract: A sobriety ignition interlock system including an engine control device and a method for managing available vehicle engine power using the sobriety ignition interlock system. The engine control device includes an engine control processor (ECP) that is electronically connected in between an engine control unit (ECU), an engine sensor assembly, and a sobriety processor. The sobriety processor determines a sobriety level of a vehicle driver and sends a corresponding sobriety signal to the ECP. The ECP intercepts an engine signal transmitted from the engine sensor assembly to the ECU and manipulates the engine signal according to the sobriety signal, in order to manage the available power of the vehicle engine.

  • Publication number: 20180355626
Abstract: A bulkhead assembly for use with a concrete form and a first reinforcement bar is disclosed. The concrete form may have first and second spaced form sides; and the first reinforcement bar may be disposed between and may extend longitudinally of the spaced form sides. The bulkhead assembly may have a first pair of channel assemblies, each including a channel member and an elastomeric member. The elastomeric member may be positioned longitudinally in the channel member, with a portion of the elastomeric member extending outward transversely from the channel member. The portion may include an outer end that extends longitudinally of the channel member. The channel assemblies may be positioned on opposite sides of the reinforcement bar, with the elastomeric member outer ends facing one another and contacting the reinforcement bar, thereby inhibiting uncured concrete from passing between the channel assemblies when uncured concrete is poured into the concrete form.
