  • Publication number: 20250025124
Abstract: A system and a method for maintaining an X-ray focal spot position at a desired location on an X-ray detector of an X-ray imaging system include obtaining, via processing circuitry, a scan protocol for performing an X-ray scan with the X-ray imaging system. The system and the method also include determining, via the processing circuitry, a bending magnet current value to utilize to maintain the X-ray focal spot position of an X-ray beam emitted from an X-ray tube of the X-ray imaging system at the desired location on the X-ray detector based on a plurality of acquisition parameters of the X-ray scan. The system and the method further include utilizing, via the processing circuitry, the bending magnet current value during the X-ray scan to maintain the X-ray focal spot position at the desired location on the X-ray detector.

  • Patent number: 12205252
Abstract: Bit-flip object insertion techniques are provided for use with a non-volatile memory (NVM) wherein an object is inserted into a background image by flipping or inverting one or more bits within the pixels of the background image that correspond to the shape and insertion location of an object being inserted. In an illustrative example, pixels within the background image that correspond to the shape and insertion location of the object are XORed with binary 1s. This flips the bits of those pixels to change the color (hue) and/or intensity (brightness) of the pixels so the object appears in the background image. In other examples, only the most significant bits of pixels in the background image are inverted (flipped). Exemplary latch-based procedures are described herein for high-speed processing on an NVM die. Multiple plane NVM die implementations are also described for massive processing.

  • Publication number: 20250009206
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for a two-way valve assembly for a medical device. The two-way valve assembly has a knob seated within a valve body, two inlet passages leading to a suction source and a gas source, an outlet passage leading to an endoscope fluid channel, and an internal channel connecting one of the two inlet passages to the outlet passage. A spring presses the knob into the valve body to seal the openings along the channels and passages. Rotating the knob slides one or more guide pins on the knob along one or more guide grooves on the body and connects the other inlet passage to the outlet passage, such that the same endoscope fluid channel can be used both for suction, as in clearing fluid from within a patient, and delivering gas, as in insufflation.

  • Publication number: 20250004661
Abstract: A computational storage device (CSD) is provided with a processor that obtains fixed point data having an initial precision (e.g., 32 bits per word) and determines a computation precision requirement for the fixed point data (such as a requirement for regular precision processing as opposed to low precision processing). The processor separates the fixed point data, based on the computational precision requirement, into a first group of bits, e.g., the most significant bits, and a second group of bits, e.g., the least significant bits, then separately stores the first the second groups of bits in the NVM array so that the different groups of bits can be fetched and managed separately. In this manner, bitwise grouping of fixed point data may be exploited to facilitate low precision processing when it is sufficient, while also accommodating full or regular precision processing when needed. Various methods are also described.

  • Patent number: 12184390
Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for managing channel bandwidth of signals are provided herein. Example method include receiving signals from one or more antenna feeds, each signal having a first bandwidth. Some example methods include, in a plurality of processing blocks operating in parallel in one or more processors, performing one or more channelizer operations on portions of the signals, each channelizer operation creates a plurality of channels having a bandwidth smaller than the first bandwidth. Some methods may include, in a plurality of processing blocks in the one or more processors, performing one or more combiner operations on the channels, each operation combines the bandwidth of a subset of the channels into a combined channel, the plurality of processing blocks operating in parallel. The method then outputs the combined channel to a network.

  • Patent number: 12179214
Abstract: Described herein are technologies for concentrating rare-earth elements from a heavy fraction of grit in gangue produced in kaolin mining. In some examples, grit is separated as a non-clay fraction of gangue produced in a kaolin mining operation. The grit is separated into a heavy mineral grit sub-fraction and a light mineral grit sub-fraction. Rare-earth elements, particularly heavy rare-earth elements, are thereafter extracted from the heavy mineral grit sub-fraction using various extraction technologies.

  • Publication number: 20240428078
Abstract: A computing platform may train, using unsupervised learning techniques, a synthetic identity detection model to detect attempts to generate synthetic identities. The computing platform may receive identity information corresponding to an identity generation request. • Publication number: 20240427916
Abstract: Arrangements for dynamic variable determination and labeling are provided. In some aspects, a computing platform may receive historical user data from a plurality of data sources. The computing platform may train, using the historical user data, a machine learning model to generate a plurality of dynamic variable profiles and evaluate data to detect potential unauthorized activity. One or more dynamic variable profiles of the generated plurality of dynamic variable profiles may be associated with a user. User specific data may be received and may include user identifying data and a request for a user event. The user specific data may be input to the machine learning model and, upon execution of the model, the model may output a determination of whether an anomaly exists in the user specific data. If an anomaly is detected, a mitigating action may be identified and transmitted to one or more computing devices for execution.
