  • Patent number: 11893037
Abstract: A dynamic code generation process with configurable connections and variables for extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processing and validation is disclosed. A code generator loads an input requirement document and a configuration file, and generates workflows, database objects, and parameters. Database code is deployed in a database, ETL code is deployed in an ETL repository, and server code is deployed in an ETL server. A code validator reads the ETL code from the ETL repository and the database code from the database, and performs in-built stage unit testing. The code validator performs a quality check, metadata validation, definition comparisons, and outputs validation results.

  • Patent number: 11893244
Abstract: Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) wherein a non-volatile memory (NVM) array provides a memory bank for the RNN. The RNN may include a Neural Turning Machine (NTM) and the memory bank may be an NTM matrix stored in the NVM array. In some examples, a data storage device (DSD) that controls the NVM array includes both a data storage controller and a separate NTM controller. The separate NTM controller accesses the NTM matrix of the NVM array directly while bypassing flash translation layer (FTL) components of the data storage controller. Additionally, various majority wins error detection and correction procedures are described, as well as various disparity count-based procedures.

  • Patent number: 11893516
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that determine whether wait times for attractions of a theme park are shorter or longer than expected and notify guests of these shorter or longer wait times. In particular, the systems and methods determine a wait time value for an attraction by dividing a wait time for the attraction by a total wait time for all attractions of the theme park, and compare the wait time value to one or more threshold values based on an expected wait time for the attraction. In this manner, theme park guests may make a more informed decision on which attraction to wait for, and maximize their time at the theme park.

  • Patent number: 11886420
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for transferring a total data record from an input node to an output node using a blockchain. The total data record may be a total payment, in some cases, such as using Bitcoin. The output node shares public key material and the input node selects unspent transaction outputs to use in paying the total value, and determines a plurality of outputs payable to the output node in fixed denominations. The input node generates an output address for each output using the public key material and a respective random number, and mixes the inputs and outputs in one or more coin mixing transactions. A nonce public key for each output, generated based on the respective random number, is shared with the output node either separately or through the blockchain, and the output node can derive the corresponding private key for each output address, enabling it to search for and identify the outputs to which it can then claim ownership.

  • Patent number: 11885247
Abstract: An oil drainage apparatus includes a base member defining an interior area and a laterally extending selector channel. A connection tube extends upwardly from the base for connection to the oil drainage port of an engine. An oil drainage body extends upwardly from the connection member and has apertures in fluid communication with the oil pan. Drainage of oil from the engine's oil pan is regulated by a positioning of magnets. A drain magnet is vertically movable inside the drainage body and movable between a closed configuration blocking the plurality of apertures and an open configuration displaced therefrom. An actuation lever is laterally movable to align either a first or second actuation magnet beneath the drain magnet, one of the actuation magnets having a polarity to attract and close the drain magnet and the other having a polarity which pushes away and opens the drain magnet to allow drainage.

  • Patent number: 11875340
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for improving the security of a data record distribution process using a blockchain having a group of input nodes and a group of output nodes, each group having a private-public key pair, but wherein the nodes only have a key share of their respective private key and no node has a full private key. Using threshold signature scheme, secret share joining, and stealth addresses, data records from the input nodes are pooled at a stealth address determined through collaborative action of the input nodes, requiring cooperative determination of their public key, a shared secret, and the stealth address. The public key is copied into the transaction. The output nodes locate the transaction and extract the public key, collaboratively verify its authenticity, and collaboratively determine the shared secret. Having done so, the output nodes may, collectively, sign a second transaction for distributing data records from the stealth address to the output addresses.

  • Patent number: 11859290
Abstract: An example hydraulic system component of a machine includes a protective coating deposited by high velocity air fuel (HVAF) thermal spray, exhibiting high adhesion strengths and surface morphologies that promote lubricant adhesion and reduce the leakage of oil and/or hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic system. The coating may have surface roughness with RZ values less than 2 ?m and hardness of 1000 Vickers or greater. The HVAF coating may be thinner than conventional coatings with thicknesses less than 100 ?m. The HVAF coating may be deposited on a variety of steel components with adhesion strengths greater than those achieved by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF). The HVAF coating may be formed without time consuming roughening and/or post-grind operations, resulting in cost savings compared to conventional coatings. The coatings may have operational lifetimes of 1000 hours or more.

  • Publication number: 20230418481
Abstract: Noise injection procedures implemented on the die of a non-volatile memory (NVM) array are disclosed. In one example, noise is injected into data by adjusting read voltages to induce bit flips while using feedback to achieve a target amount of information degradation. In another example, random data is iteratively combined with itself to achieve a target percentage of random 1s or 0s, then the random data is combined with data read from the NVM array. In other examples, pixels are randomly zeroed out to emulate dead charge coupled device (CCD) pixels. In still other examples, the timing, voltage, and/or current values used within circuits while transferring data to/from latches or bitlines are adjusted outside their specified margins to induce bit flips to inject noise into the data. The noise-injected data may be used, for example, for dataset augmentation or for the testing of deep neural networks (DNNs).

  • Publication number: 20230419464
Abstract: Bit-flip object insertion techniques are provided for use with a non-volatile memory (NVM) wherein an object is inserted into a background image by flipping or inverting one or more bits within the pixels of the background image that correspond to the shape and insertion location of an object being inserted. In an illustrative example, pixels within the background image that correspond to the shape and insertion location of the object are XORed with binary 1s. This flips the bits of those pixels to change the color (hue) and/or intensity (brightness) of the pixels so the object appears in the background image. In other examples, only the most significant bits of pixels in the background image are inverted (flipped). Exemplary latch-based procedures are described herein for high-speed processing on an NVM die. Multiple plane NVM die implementations are also described for massive processing.
