    Abstract: According to an aspect, a system for a gas turbine engine includes a reduction gear train operable to drive rotation of a starter gear train that interfaces to an accessory gearbox of the gas turbine engine. The reduction gear train includes a starter interface gear that engages the starter gear train, a core-turning clutch operably connected to the starter interface gear, and a plurality of stacked planetary gear systems operably connected to the core-turning clutch and a core-turning input. The system also includes a mounting pad including an interface to couple a core-turning motor to the core-turning input of the reduction gear train.

The floor assembly includes a second pivot means defining a second pivot axis about which the floor panel pivots from the lowered position to said second raised position. Each of the plurality of ducts define a plurality of eductor primary flow paths that terminate in a mixing chamber. The exhaust system includes a muffler system downstream from the mixing chamber that includes a plurality of baffles that cooperate to define a tortuous path and attenuate sound generated by the gas turbine engine. The exhaust system includes a housing that surrounds the eductor system and the muffler system such that the eductor system and the muffler system are contained within the housing.

The insulation resistance measurement unit may measure a first insulation resistance value of the dielectric sealing material in a first environmental condition, and the insulation resistance measurement unit may measure a second insulation resistance value of the dielectric sealing material at a second environmental condition, that is different than the first environmental condition.

The controller (40) is in electrical communication with the motor (38), is responsive to the signal, and uses the signal to determine the rotational speed of the motor (38) to thereby commutate the motor (38) and subsequently drive the motor (38) so as to actuate the phaser (28) and control the phase of the camshaft (18).
