The model includes bilateral or multilateral pricing and transfer of weather risk and is comprised of weather data transformed utilizing extraction of historical weather data, including weather measures, such as precipitation, wind speed, temperature and sunshine hours, subsequently providing the data to a database, operating on the values in the database utilizing a computer and software, and transforming the result into a pricing schedule.     Abstract: A memorialization casket comprises a shell, a lid closable upon the shell and an alcove structure mounted to an under side of the lid. The casket lid may include a dish mounted to the under side of the casket lid, with the alcove structure being mounted to the dish. The dish may have a panel which may include an opening, with the alcove structure mounted in the opening. An alcove structure mounting adaptor may be mounted in the opening, with the alcove structure being mounted to the adaptor. The mounting adaptor may include a fastener fastening the alcove structure to the mounting adaptor. The alcove structure may include a fastener adapted to removably retain the ornament in the alcove structure. The dish may include a one piece cap panel with the alcove structure integrally formed in the cap panel. A one piece dish may include a cap panel, puffing members, and alcove structure integrally formed with each other in a unitary structure.

    Abstract: A cremation remains container comprises a receptacle adapted to receive therein cremation remains, and a memorial plaque, adapted to be inscribed with an inscription of memorialization, movably mounted to the receptacle for movement to and between a display position exposing the plaque in view and a storage position concealing the plaque from view. The cover includes a transparent pane. A removable tray adapted to receive mementos of memorialization therein is included in the cremation remains container, is positioned adjacent the wall, is accessible via the cover and the mementos therein are visible through the pane. Optionally or alternatively the container may include a picture frame mounted to the cover whereby a picture placed in the frame is visible through the pane.
