  • Patent number: 10066787
Abstract: A U-shaped clip for use in a driveline shield system having a cap disposed to releasably engage a bearing mounted adjacent a drive shaft. The cap supports a tubular guard or shield in a coaxial position relative to the drive shaft. One or more lugs on the bearing are disposed to seat in corresponding slots formed in the cap. When the lugs are seated in the slots, rotation of the cap relative to the bearing causes the bearing and the cap to engage one another. The U-shaped clip is pivotally mounted to the cap and rotatable between a first position in which the clip extends into the slot and secures the lugs in engagement with the cap and a second release position in which the clip is retracted from the slot, thereby permitting relative rotation between the cap and bearing.

  • Patent number: 9359887
Abstract: A recoverable data acquisition system includes at least a portion of at least one sensor be positionable within a tubular of a completion system, the at least a portion being recoverable therefrom and a retainer movably disposed at the tubular between at least a first position and a second position, a cavity being defined between the tubular and the retainer when the retainer is in the first position, the at least a portion of the at least one sensor being removable from the cavity in response to movement of the retainer from the first position to the second position.

  • Publication number: 20160055196
Abstract: A method for placing a document into a document family, the method including the steps of: determining at least one score associated with one or more document families, each score indicating a level of similarity between the document and the associated document family; in response to identifying at least one threshold document family, the or each threshold document family corresponding to a document family with at least one associated score meeting a predefined threshold: placing the document into the, or one of the, threshold document families; in response to identifying that each score fails to meet a predefined threshold: creating a new document family; and placing the document into the new document family.

  • Patent number: 9212547
Abstract: A monitoring tool, including an obstructor portion operatively arranged to impede fluid flow past the monitoring tool when the obstructor is engaged with a corresponding seat member. A disintegrable portion is included formed from a material operatively arranged to disintegrate upon exposure to a selected fluid. A gauge is coupled with the obstructor portion and the disintegrable portion. The gauge is operatively arranged to monitor one or more parameters and released from the obstructor portion when the disintegrable portion is disintegrated by the selected fluid. A method of monitoring one or more parameters is also included.
