Abstract: Several modifications and variations of roof ridge anchors are disclosed. One group has simple but extremely effective anchors which are inexpensive to make and will fully satisfy all requirements of building codes as well as roofers. Some roof ridge anchor crowns or head sections have all planar surfaces with no recesses; others have recesses on the side parts thereof; and have specific recess shapes that are advantageous when attaching roof ridge tile members to the anchors; other anchor head sections are provided with curvilinear portions; some have separate water leakage shields that direct any water leakage away from the interior of the anchors; some have recesses that extend the entire length of the anchors or alternately have recess sections that are longitudinally spaced along the length of the anchors.
