  • Patent number: 11189295
Abstract: A sonic signal encodes a symbol sequence representing a binary message, for delivery as audio content. The binary message into a sequence of symbols that are each associated with frequency characteristics transmitted over a time period. Two carriers are transmitted at two selected frequencies during each time period, delivering the binary data at a high rate. The symbol sequence is preceded by a prefix which takes the form of a sweeping frequency tone which sweeps over the frequency ranges of the carriers. Further, the amplitudes of the carriers are adjusted so that higher frequency transmissions are transmitted at higher sound pressure levels. Methods for synchronizing to the symbol sequence and decoding the symbol sequence are also described.

  • Publication number: 20210349842
Abstract: Systems and methods for communication between heterogenous processors via a virtual network interface implemented via programmable hardware and one or more buses. The programmable hardware may be configured with a multi-function bus such that the programmable hardware appears as both a network device and a programmable device to a host system. Additionally, the programmable hardware may be configured with a second bus to appear as a network device to an embedded system. Each system may implement network drivers to allow access to direct memory access engines configured on the programmable hardware. The configured programmable hardware and the network drivers may enable a virtual network connection between the systems to allow for information transfer via one or more network communication protocols.

  • Patent number: 11141105
Abstract: A therapeutic pressure applicator with a sensor and transceiver is worn by a patient during daily activity to apply pressure to a specific body part, and used in a system with a device such as a cell phone to receive and display real-time pressure data to alert the patient and physician when the pressure is outside a desired range. The applicator includes a securement member and a pressure adjusting device with a pressure adjusting dial, pressure sensing component, pressure focusing plate and cushion. Rotating the dial retracts or extends the sensing component, focusing plate and cushion. The applicator has a computer module with a CPU, memory, transceiver, power source and a force sensor. A pressure button is pressed into engagement with the sensor to transmit real-time focused pressure data to the CPU. The transceiver communicates the real-time cushion pressure data to the cell phone that displays and stores the data.

  • Publication number: 20210302045
Abstract: A method for conditioning indoor air comprises the steps of obtaining a detecting value of any one of detecting indexes of the indoor air; determining whether the detecting value is within a preset range; if yes, executing a next operation; if no, determining whether the detecting value is greater than an upper limit of the preset range; if yes, executing a first preset operation to, make the detecting value return to the preset range; and if no, executing a second preset operation to make the detecting value return to the preset range. The method for conditioning indoor air provided in the present application is capable of detecting the indoor air automatically and controlling corresponding electric appliances to work according to the detecting value automatically, which makes the air return to a reasonable range and improves the intelligence degree of the electric appliances.
