  • Patent number: 11383451
Abstract: A method of 3D printing an object includes receiving design information corresponding to an object for which a printed object is to be generated by a 3D printing operation according to a first set of print instructions, generating a plurality of measurement locations, printing successive layers which form the object, measuring the object at the measurement locations to form measurement data, comparing the measurement data with expected measurements of the measurement locations based on the design information, and generating, based on the comparing, deviation information. The measurement locations represent locations of the object to be measured by a measurement device. The deviation information represents deviations between the printed object following completion of the printing, and the object represented by the design information.

  • Patent number: 11382031
Abstract: Systems and methods for improving network resource allocation are disclosed. The system can determine which user's equipment (UEs) can be reallocated from a first network (e.g., one of the 4G network or the 5G network) to a second network (e.g., the other of the 4G network or the 5G network) to reduce load on the first network. The system can determine which UEs are capable of using each type of network and which services or applications that are suitable for use on each type of network. Due to differences in propagation and penetration distances of various frequency spectrums, the system can also determine which UEs have sufficient signal strength for each type of network. The system can reside on the network, on the UEs, or on both the network and the UE. The system can switch back and forth between multiple networks as conditions, applications, or other factors change.

  • Publication number: 20220201783
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices can be utilized to aggregate downlink millimeter wave (mmWave) frequency resources based on various conditions. In an example method, a connection request for downlink data is received from a user equipment (UE). The example method includes determining that a first congestion level of a first mmWave downlink channel is below a first threshold and determining that a second congestion level of a second mmWave downlink channel is below a second threshold. An activation request is transmitted to the UE. The activation request instructs the UE to activate a first antenna corresponding to the first mmWave downlink channel and to activate a second antenna corresponding to the second mmWave downlink channel. At least a portion of the downlink data is transmitted to the UE over the first mmWave downlink channel and the second mmWave downlink channel.

  • Patent number: 11341199
Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for delivery of content based on matching of user profiles with content metadata. The system enables delivery of personalized content, without the overhead of managing segment targeting rules, while providing content publishers or marketers with complete control over such personalization. A recommendation service or application program interface, provided by a computer, cloud computing environment, or other type of computer system, enables receipt and processing of requests, from client devices, for personalized content. A recommendation engine delivers content assets in response to a request from a client device. The recommendation engine determines a content channel and a user identity associated with the request, and then delivers content assets based on rules governing the matching of content asset metadata with the user profile. While content classification evolves over time, so also does the personalization of delivered content.

  • Publication number: 20220124837
Abstract: A wireless backhaul link is established via a low-band frequency division duplex (FDD) carrier between an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node and an TAB donor node or between the TAB node and another TAB node that is linked to the TAB donor node, in which the TAB donor node provides a backhaul connection to a core network of a wireless carrier network. Further, one or more corresponding wireless backhaul links are established between the TAB node and one or more additional TAB nodes via one or more corresponding low-band FDD carriers. When a user device is determined to be in range of the TAB node for an establishment of a wireless access link via a mid-band FDD carrier or a time division duplex (TDD) carrier, the wireless access link is established between the TAB node and the user device via the mid-band FDD carrier or the TDD carrier.
