  • Patent number: 11481406
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic computer aided innovation via multidimensional complementary difference recommendation and exploration are disclosed including categorizing a first and second data element in a database with a first attribute and second attribute, respectively, of a first dimension, a dimension being an aspect of a situation, problem, or thing. The first and second data elements are categorized with a first attribute and a second attribute of a second dimension, the second dimension being different from the first dimension. Analyzing the first and second attribute of the first dimension and the first and second attribute of the second dimension to determine a ratio of similarity and dissimilarity; calculating a composite score of the ratio of the first dimension and the ratio of the second dimension; and generating and storing a link between the first and second data element when the composite score is within numerical limits.

  • Patent number: 11337855
Abstract: The present invention is directed to improved methods, devices, and systems for eye surgery. In some embodiments, the invention may provide new and/or improved devices, systems, and methods for detecting surgical fluids in a fluidics cassette, particularly cassettes which are used to couple an eye treatment probe to an eye treatment console. Rather than relying on internal reflection by a gas-liquid interface, the fluid detection techniques described herein may make use of the changes in propagation of light through a portion of the holding tank when the portion varies between empty and full. Other aspects of the invention may provide devices, systems, and methods for producing different types of fluidics cassette using a single cassette body type.

  • Publication number: 20220137993
Abstract: A live help system provides an intuitive display of help information on a user's graphical user interface. A request is received from a client device for help, and a live help provider interface is initiated at a live help location. Data is acquired regarding a user's location, including data on external devices in the user's location. Indicators are provided to allow the live help provider to point to or otherwise indicate items on the user interface or outside of the user interface. Live help input is captured at the live help provider interface. Instructions are then transmitted to the display of the client device to display live help input, as though the agent were present and interacting with or indicating items on the screen or off the screen.

  • Publication number: 20220126686
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a transmission that provide power to a front axle, and fits in taller box to provide more room for the transmission. The transmission can comprise a front input shaft that receives rotational power from an engine. A front output shaft is coupled with a front axle to provide the rotational power, conditioned by the transmission, to the front axle. A rear riser gear set can be couple to the rear of the transmission to provide power from the bottom portion of the transmission to a bevel gear set that couples with, and provide rotational power to, a rear axle. In this way, the space between a rear axle centerline and front axle center line can be used by the transmission, allowing for a taller transmission to fit in the chassis.

  • Publication number: 20220016632
Abstract: Performing sample quantitation and sample amplification may be performed in a sample cartridge or sample cartridges. Sample quantitation using qPCR may be performed during STR PCR on the sample. Samples need not be normalized prior to performing STR PCR. In certain embodiments, qPCR and STR PCR are performed on the same cartridge, optionally at the same time (or in real-time, or overlapping in time) and optionally using some or all of the same PCR apparatus. In other embodiments, qPCR and STR PCR are performed on different cartridges. Quantitation of the STR PCR sample may be performed without substantially delaying the STR PCR process.
