  • Patent number: 11510053
Abstract: Terminal devices can request and receive authorization to transmit on the same channel for which a serving base station that can serve the terminal devices has authorization to transmit. Upon transmit authorization or termination being received from a spectrum administration system, the base station can autonomously update the system information it broadcasts. Thus, terminal devices connected to the serving base station can be informed about the channel that the terminal device should request authorization to transmit on.

  • Patent number: 11430118
Abstract: In one embodiment, an X-ray inspection system may capture one or more X-ray images for samples of interest processed by a first tool. The X-ray inspection system may be inline with the first tool and have an inspection speed of 300 mm2 per minute or greater. The system may determine, in real-time, metrology information related to the samples of interest based on the X-ray images. The metrology information may indicate that a sample parameter associated with the samples of interest is outside of a pre-determined range. The system may provide instructions or data to one or more of the first tool or one or more second tools to adjust process parameters associated with the respective tools based on metrology information. The adjusted process parameters may reduce a processing error probability, of the respective tool for processing subsequent samples, related to the sample parameter being outside of the pre-determined range.

  • Patent number: 11397935
Abstract: A system and method for wireless transactions provides a software development kit (SDK) that provides accessibility to inherent communication capabilities within a wireless communication device. The communication capabilities are normally not accessible to a software developer. However, the SDK provides an appropriate interface that permits a software developer to create application programs for a variety of transactions between the wireless communication device and a mobile network operator (MNO). In some transactions, the MNO may function as a financial service provider in which a user has an account with an associated monetary value. The SDK provides a simplified technique for executing a financial transaction, such as making a payment or transferring money by presenting easy-to-use menus that avoid the difficulty of memorizing transaction codes, user phone numbers, and the like.

  • Patent number: 11213010
Abstract: A pet tracking assembly includes a collar that is wearable around a neck of a pet. A light emitter is coupled to the collar to emit light outwardly from the collar when the light emitter is turned on. A monitoring unit is integrated into the collar and the monitoring unit is in wireless communication with a wireless internet router that is associated with the owner of the pet. The light emitter is turned on when the monitoring unit senses the signal from the wireless internet router has fallen below a pre-determined signal strength. Additionally, the monitoring unit broadcasts an alert to a personal electronic device when the monitoring unit senses the signal from the wireless internet router has fallen below the pre-determined signal strength. In this way the user is alerted that the pet has moved beyond the pre-determined distance from the wireless internet router.
