  • Publication number: 20210012125
Abstract: The present invention extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for changing vehicle configuration based on vehicle storage compartment contents. At an autonomous vehicle, a camera is mounted inside a storage compartment. The camera monitors the interior of the storage compartment. The camera can confirm that the storage compartment is empty when it is supposed to be empty and contains an object when it is supposed to contain an object. Any discrepancies can be reported to a human operator. The human operator can instruct the autonomous vehicle to change configuration to address discrepancies. In one aspect, a machine-learning camera memorizes a background pattern permeated to a surface of the storage compartment. The machine-learning camera detects objects in the storage compartment based on disturbances to the background pattern.

  • Publication number: 20200391045
Abstract: Embodiments enables a wearable phototherapy apparatus that produces beneficial effects to a human body such as anti-viral effects, activation of stem cells, improvement in strength, improvement in stamina, pain relief via a non-transdermal container. May include an optional transdermal container that releases or increases copper peptide GHK-Cu in a subject's body. The non-transdermal apparatus reflects or emits specific wavelengths of light to elevate levels of the copper peptide GHK-Cu in the body. The non-transdermal apparatus includes one or more materials that prevent the Left-Handed molecule from direct contact with the body while the enclosure is coupled to the body and prevents the Left-Handed molecules from entering the body. Embodiments may include or be used with any bioavailable form of copper, e.g., such as copper glycinate as an anti-viral therapy and may include an anti-inflammatory or both.

  • Publication number: 20200344293
Abstract: The technology provides for a robotic control system implemented on a distributed system, which may include at least one processor on a cloud computing system and at least one processor on a robot. For instance, configuration data for a plurality of controllers of the robot may be received and the plurality of controllers may be deployed on the distributed system. For example, a first controller may be deployed on the cloud while a second controller may be deployed on the robot. The system may include a cloud database and a robot database. Both databases may store configuration data and current states of the first controller and the second controller, and may be synchronized. Workload for the first controller and the second controller may both be controlled based on the configuration data and the current states of the first controller and the second controller.

  • Publication number: 20200075798
Abstract: Group III nitride light emitting diode (LED) structures with improved electrical performance are disclosed. A Group III nitride LED structure includes one or more n-type layers, one or more p-type layers, and an active region that includes a plurality of sequentially arranged barrier-well units. In certain embodiments, doping profiles of barrier layers of the barrier-well units are configured such that a doping concentration in some barrier-well units is different than a doping concentration in other barrier-well units. In certain embodiments, a doping profile of a particular barrier layer is non-uniform. In addition to active region configurations, the doping profiles and sequence of the n-type layers and p-type layers are configured to provide Group III nitride structures with higher efficiency, lower forward voltages, and improved forward voltage performance at elevated currents and temperatures.
