  • Publication number: 20210406739
Abstract: There is a need for more effective and efficient predictive data analysis based at least in part on structured data. This need can be addressed by, for example, solutions for performing predictive data analysis using bidirectional encoder deep learning models that are configured to process structured data attributes. In one example, a method includes identifying a group of training structured data fields; generating a group of per-field tokenized values for each training structured data field; generating a bidirectional encoder deep learning model based at least in part on each group of per-field tokenized values for a training structured data field; and performing one or more prediction-based actions based at least in part on the trained bidirectional encoder deep learning model.

  • Patent number: 11173042
Abstract: An intervertebral spacer may include a fastener channel configured to receive a fastener, a locking member channel, and a locking member. The locking member channel may include an inner wall and one or more inner wall engagement features. The locking member may include an anti-backout member, a collet retainable within the locking member channel, and one or more collet engagement features. The locking member may be rotatable within the locking member channel between an unlocked position and a locked position. The one or more collet engagement features may engage the one or more inner wall engagement features in order to retain the locking member in either the unlocked position or the locked position, such that the anti-backout member may selectively obstruct the fastener channel and prevent the fastener from backing out of the fastener channel.

  • Publication number: 20210153879
Abstract: An insertion assembly may include a DTS guide and an inserter tool configured to couple an intervertebral spacer having a fastener channel configured to receive a fastener and a locking member channel with a first engagement feature. The inserter tool may include a second engagement feature configured to engage the first engagement feature and removably couple the inserter tool with the intervertebral spacer. The DTS guide may include a shaft lumen configured to receive the inserter tool and slidably couple with the inserter tool. The DTS guide may also include a DTS guide channel configured to receive the fastener and a DTS guide wing. The DTS guide wing may abut against a surface of the intervertebral spacer to align the DTS guide channel with the fastener channel and guide the fastener through the DTS guide channel and into the fastener channel.

  • Publication number: 20210153913
Abstract: An insertion assembly may include a flexible tool and a DTS guide configured to engage an intervertebral spacer having a fastener channel oriented at a first angle. The DTS guide may include a DTS guide channel oriented at the first angle which may be aligned with the fastener channel. The flexible tool may include a flexible shaft and a working member disposed at a distal end of the flexible shaft. The working member may be received through the DTS guide channel at the first angle. At least a portion of the flexible shaft adjacent the DTS guide member may flex while the working member is received through the DTS guide channel, such that a distal portion of the flexible shaft may be at a greater absolute angle relative to a DTS guide shaft than a proximal portion of the flexible shaft.

  • Publication number: 20200345399
Abstract: A modular system is provided for assembling a structure to secure to opposite sides of a fracture in a bone of a subject. The modular system includes a plate with a perimeter including a plurality of openings. The perimeter defines an interior area within the plate. The modular system also includes a link with one or more openings along a linear axis defining the link. The one or more openings of the link include a connector to receive a fastener to be secured in the bone. The plurality of openings of the plate includes a first opening with an inner diameter configured to removably receive an outer diameter of the connector of the link so that the link is rotatably received within the first opening. A method is also provided for assembling the structure using the modular system and securing the assembled structure to opposite sides of the bone fracture.

  • Patent number: 10679141
Abstract: An identity and access management IAM system is augmented to provide for supervised, iterative machine learning (ML), preferably with a user-generated training set for classification. The training set may include various types of data, including characteristics or attributes of the account types, the users, or the like. A goal of the initial ML training, which may include one or multiple passes, is to enable the machine to identify specific characteristics or attributes that provide a good classification result, with the resulting classifications then applied within the IAM system. In particular, the output of the ML system may be used by the IAM system for enforcing rights associated with the identified accounts, managing accounts, and so forth.
