  • Patent number: 11894530
Abstract: A method includes processing at least one battery into a plurality of core sections. Each core section in the plurality of core sections includes an anode section, a cathode section including a cathode material, a separator section disposed between the anode section and the cathode section, and an electrolyte. The method also includes disposing the plurality of core sections into a solvent so as to produce a mixture of cathode materials from the plurality of core sections. The solvent and the electrolyte form an ionic conductive medium, and the mixture of the cathode materials is characterized by a substantially homogeneous distribution of an active element in the cathode material.

  • Publication number: 20230420608
Abstract: The present disclosure includes an all-nitride-based epitaxial and chip structure and a light-emitting device. The epitaxial and chip structure includes an N-type semiconductor layer, a P-type semiconductor layer, an electroluminescent (EL) multiple quantum wells (MQWs) region, and a first photoluminescent (PL) multiple quantum wells (MQWs) region stacked on a main surface of a substrate. The EL MQWs region generates a first-color light by an EL method and the first-color light is further transmitted to the first PL MQWs region or/and the second PL MQWs region where the second-color light or/and the third-color light are generated by a PL method. The present disclosure provides an EL MQWs region to generate the first-color light, and also provides a first, a second or more PL MQWs regions to further convert the first-color light into the second, the third or more-color lights which allow RGB or multiple colors emission.

  • Patent number: 11800057
Abstract: In a multi-camera videoconferencing configuration, the locations of each camera are known. By referencing a known object visible to each camera, a 3D coordinate system is developed, with the position and angle of each camera being associated with that 3D coordinate system. The locations of the conference participants in the 3D coordinate system are determined for each camera. Sound source localization (SSL) from one camera, generally a central camera, is used to determine the speaker. The pose of the speaker is then determined. From the pose and the known locations of the cameras, the camera with the best frontal view of the speaker is determined. The 3D coordinates of the speaker are then used to direct the determined camera to frame the speaker. If the face of the speaker is not sufficiently visible, the next best camera view is determined, and the speaker framed from that camera view.

  • Patent number: 11765123
Abstract: A technology is provided for delivering a data object to a device. Data delivery instructions to distribute a data object to a device may be received at a delivery service and indicate a storage location of the data object, a messaging topic, and a size of data receivable by the device. The data object is then divided into blocks corresponding to the size of data receivable by the device. A messaging topic is identified to which the device is subscribed via a messaging service. The blocks are sent to the device using the messaging topic and a network protocol available to the device.

When operating in a voice input mode, the handheld electronic device may record and store audio data in memory. The stored audio data may be communicated from the handheld electronic device (e.g., via a Wi-Fi connection) to the delivery service for speech processing. When operating in a scanner input mode, the handheld electronic device may record and store item identifier information (e.g., barcode data) in memory. The stored data may be communicated to the delivery service for item identification processing. In some cases, a user interface associated with the delivery service may allow the user to review and confirm an order prior to submission of the order for delivery.
