  • Publication number: 20250045088
Abstract: Described are examples for recommending increase in worker instance count for an availability zone in a cloud-based computing platform. A machine learning (ML) model can be used to predict a time series forecast of a workload for the availability zone in a future time period. A predicted number of worker instances to handle the predicted workload can be computed, and if the number of worker instances in the availability zone is less than the predicted number of worker instances, a recommendation to increase the number of worker instances in the availability zone can be generated.

  • Patent number: 12203640
Abstract: In some implementations, an integrated lighting device includes a housing that includes a lighting unit, a power supply, an antenna, and a controller. A high-voltage power cable provides high-voltage power from a high-voltage power source to the integrated lighting device. The power supply receives the high-voltage power and converts the high-voltage power into low-voltage power. The controller receives low-voltage power from the power supply, provides the low-voltage power to the lighting unit, receives control signals from the antenna that have been wirelessly received from a remote control source, and based on the control signals, provides corresponding lighting control commands to the lighting unit. The lighting unit generates lighting effects based on the lighting control commands provided by the controller, using the low-voltage power provided by the controller.

  • Patent number: 12207415
Abstract: In some examples, a system derives a first representation of an assembly of components based on a first source of information, and derives a second representation of the assembly of components based on a second source of information that is of a different type than the first source of information, where the second representation includes any or a combination of an indication of a source of a respective component of the assembly of components, or placement location information of a component in the assembly. The system compares the first representation to the second representation to identify a deviation between the first representation and the second representation, the deviation corresponding to an alteration of the assembly of components.

  • Patent number: 12205302
Abstract: Techniques for performing fine-scale movement tracking of underwater objects are described. A computing device or system may receive timestamps corresponding to acoustic signals detected using an underwater acoustic receiver. The device or system may select a period of a known acoustic transmitter, and generate raw image data plotting the timestamps as graphical elements with respect to a first axis corresponding to linear time, and a second axis having a magnitude corresponding to the selected period. A first machine learning (ML) model may process the raw image data to generate segmented image data include a subset of the graphical elements determined to correspond to the selected period. A portion of the segmented image data, including the graphical elements, may be input to a second ML model to generate image data comprising a subset of the graphical elements corresponding to the selected period.

  • Publication number: 20250016406
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments for server-side scene change content stitching. An example embodiment operates by providing first content for display on a display device. A point in a timeline of the first content when second content is to be displayed is identified. A scene change in the first content closest to the point in the timeline is identified. A first frame having a distance X prior to the scene change is identified, and the first content for display. The second content is provided for display on the display device beginning at the scene change. At a conclusion of the second content, the display is paused, and seeking and decoding the first content to the scene change by decoding the first content to the identified first frame plus the distance X is performed. The decoded first content, from the scene change, is provided to the display device for display.
