  • Patent number: 11551413
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed that automatically determine solar access values. In one implementation, a 3D geo-referenced model of a structure is retrieved in which geographic location on the earth of points in the 3D geo-referenced model are stored or associated with points in the 3D geo-referenced model. Object point cloud data indicative of object(s) that cast shade on the structure is retrieved. The object point cloud data may be generated from one or more georeferenced images and the object point cloud data is indicative of an actual size, shape, and location of the object(s) on the earth. The structure in the 3D geo-referenced model is divided into one or more sections, which are divided into one or more areas, each area having at least three vertices. Then, a solar access value for the particular vertex is determined.

  • Patent number: 11551227
Abstract: A machine-learning algorithm is trained with features relevant to basket data for items of transactions. The trained algorithm is trained to predict whether a given transaction is more or less likely to be associated with theft being engaged in by a transaction operator for the transaction. The trained algorithm is then provided basket data for a given transaction and produces as output a theft prediction value. When the theft prediction value exceeds a configured threshold value, the transaction is flagged for manual intervention or the transaction is flagged for subsequent manual verification.

  • Publication number: 20230007327
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing subscriptions. A media guidance application obtaining viewing patterns of a subscriber and determining a first and second media package of interest to the subscriber. A first and second release schedule are obtained related to media content in the first and second media packages. The media guidance application predicts a first viewing impact of the first subscription and a second viewing impact of the second subscription, for the upcoming time period, wherein the viewing impact indicates a total predicted amount of time spent viewing the media packages in the upcoming time period. An available amount of time for viewing media in the upcoming time period is also determined. The media guidance application generates a subscription recommendation for the upcoming time period based on the first viewing impact, second viewing impact, and available amount of time for viewing media in the upcoming time period.

  • Publication number: 20230003836
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting and monitoring human breathing, respiration, and heart rate using statistics about the wireless channel between two or more connected devices. A user is monitored for identifying patterns in the user's behavior that may allow the system to alert a caregiver to deviations in the user behavior that may be indicative of a potential issue, such as depression. A presence may further detected in a sensing area through the detection of spectral components in the breathing frequency range of comprises user includes transforming phase difference between spatial streams and amplitude of the samples representing frequency response of the channel for any frequency value into frequency domain to perform frequency analysis. Statistical analysis may be performed on the frequency space provided by the transformation. Micro motions may also be detected by detecting presence in a sensing area through the detection of spectral components in the micro motion frequency range.
