  • Patent number: 11911965
Abstract: A continuous filament additive manufacturing machine for building a part by laying down a continuous mono-filament or composite filament material layer by layer on a tool or substrate. The machine includes a system, such as a robot, operable to move in at least three degrees of freedom, and a placement module coupled to the system and being configured to deposit the continuous filament material. The placement module includes a guide for guiding the material to the part, a heat source for pre-heating the material as it is being deposited from the placement module and a compaction device for compacting the material as it is being deposited from the placement module. The compaction device includes an ultrasonic horn that is ultrasonically vibrated to melt or flow the material and cause the material to fuse and be compacted to the tool or substrate.

  • Publication number: 20240062404
Abstract: An illustrative multi-view 3D positioning system assigns a respective 3D position estimate, with respect to a 3D space, to each of a plurality of detected instance datasets corresponding to objects present within the 3D space. Based on the 3D position estimates, the multi-view 3D positioning system sorts the plurality of detected instance datasets into a plurality of groupings corresponding to the objects so that each detected instance dataset is grouped together with other detected instance datasets corresponding to a same object. The multi-view 3D positioning system then determines a respective 3D position resolution, with respect to the 3D space, for each of the plurality of objects. These 3D position resolutions are determined based on the plurality of groupings of detected instance datasets and represent, with greater accuracy than the 3D position estimates, 3D positions of the objects within the 3D space. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11805424
Abstract: One or more systems and methods for wireless equipment deployment are provided herein. Imagery of locations depicting structures within a list of structures is analyzed to identify features of the structures within the locations. Ranks may be calculated for the structures based upon structure scores and installation scores calculated from the features. In response to a rank for a structure exceeding a threshold, wireless equipment deployment of a communication device may be triggered so that the communication device is controlled to exchange communication signals with devices proximate the structure.

  • Patent number: 11588703
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining a topology of a network comprising a plurality of intermediary devices and intermediary paths. One method includes transmitting probes having a TTL value with a destination set to a destination device; receiving, for each probe transmitted, a response including an IP address of a responding device; determining whether more than one responding device has responded to the probes; determining whether more than one responding device has been found for two previous transmissions of probes when more than one responding device has responded to the probes; and transmitting, for each more than one responding device, probes having a decreased TTL value with a destination set to one of the IP addresses of the more than one responding devices, when more than one responding device has been found for two previous transmissions.

  • Publication number: 20220143855
Abstract: A cable measurement system and cutter apparatus has a housing, a display device, a material conduit, a rotary encoder, a cutting tool handle a resistance member a movable cutting blade and a blade aperture. The cutter system is able to measure the length of a cable that passes through the material conduit which traverses through the housing. The display device is mounted onto the housing and is coupled to the rotary encoder which measures the length of cable passed through the housing. The encoder is mounted next to the conduit so that the cable is measured, and the length is displayed on the display device. one end of the cutting tool handle is rotatably mounted to the housing and the movable blade is mounted onto the opposite end of the handle. The blade is able to cut the cable by moving through the blade aperture which traverses through the conduit.

  • Patent number: 11308165
Abstract: An exemplary point-of-interest merging system accesses point-of-interest data records. Each point-of-interest data record includes data representative of a distinct set of features for a distinct point-of-interest. The merging system generates, based on the distinct sets of features of the point-of-interest data records, a graph data structure that includes the point-of-interest data records and weighted feature relationships interconnecting the point-of-interest data records. The merging system clusters, based on the graph data structure, the point-of-interest data records into subset groups of point-of-interest data records. The merging system generates one or more merged point-of-interest data records based on the clustered subset groups of point-of-interest data records.
