Type I and Type II sampling error are eliminated by verifying that the liquid cleaning medium (46) passing from the test tank (42) has measured contaminants (78) reaching both a maximum value (98) and then falling below a specified tank clean threshold (102) prior to ending the cleaning cycle.

The parallel wires are arranged in the grooves, wherein the winding branches in their configuration each form a plurality of turns of a coil which are each part of an electrical coil, wherein a turn of a coil is formed in each case by two sides of a turn, lying in different grooves, of one of the winding branches and by a turn side connector which connects the two sides of a turn to one another. In electrical windings having parallel wires, an unfavourable wire position and a resulting linking of different magnetic flows may lead to disadvantageous compensating or circular currents which produce additional copper losses in the electric motor.
