  • Publication number: 20240125133
Abstract: Disclosed are a prefabricated/modular sauna and methods of manufacturing and assembling a prefabricated/modular sauna. For instance, a prefabricated/modular sauna may include: a base frame; a plurality of posts; a plurality of panels; a roof frame; and a roof panel. The base frame and the roof frame include beams and have beam intersections between adjacent beams, each beam intersection is formed of a lap joint and a connector. The panels are secured in post dados of the posts and beam dados of the beams. The posts are secured in notches of base frame beams and roof frame beams. In some cases, the panels include a pre-packaged sauna assembly panel. In some cases, panels and posts are secured against loading forces, lateral forces, or compression forces by (1) interconnected beams and posts in compression or tension, and (2) mechanical connectors (e.g., pins, bolts, screws).

  • Publication number: 20240102079
Abstract: In some embodiments, the disclosure relates generally to compositions, comprising a single reaction mixture containing a plurality of different populations of discrete supports, and a plurality of different populations of target nucleic acids. The single reaction mixture can contain a first population of beads; a second population of beads; a first population of target nucleic acids, where at least two different target nucleic acids in the first population of target nucleic acids can bind to a bead in the first population of beads; and a second population of target nucleic acids, where at least two different target nucleic acids in the second population of target nucleic acids can bind to a bead in the second population of beads. The single reaction mixture can be employed to monoclonally amplify the first target nucleic acids on the first beads, and monoclonally amplify the second target nucleic acids on the second beads.

  • Patent number: 11520832
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide techniques for dynamic response management. Weather data for a geographic region is received, and a state of the geographic region is determined based on the weather data. A first predefined rule of a plurality of predefined rules is identified based on the determined state of the geographic region. A first role of a first user is determined. A first instruction is then generated for the first user based on the first predefined rule and the first role, where the first instruction comprises one or more actions. The first instruction is then transmitted to the first user.

  • Patent number: 10914239
Abstract: Disclosed is a high-speed section disconnect for a driven turbocharger with a traction drive. The turbo shaft is attached to a turbine and compressor, and interfaces with a high-speed traction drive. A mechanical coupling connects the traction drive to a transmission, which is connected to the engine so that power can flow to or from the turbo shaft, but the mechanical coupling can be selectively disconnected so that the high-speed section of the driven turbocharger can also be decoupled from the engine during certain operating conditions to reduce mechanical losses in the system.
