A network is configured to include a server programmed with a database of targeted content, a database of location information, a database of user information, a database searching algorithm, and a wireless communication system capable of communicating with the user's mobile device. The location of the mobile device is ascertained and recorded. The location information is analyzed to determine the routes taken by the user, businesses visited by the user, and other behaviors of the user. Targeted content is sent to the mobile device of the user and whether the user visits the physical locations associated with the targeted content is monitored. Once it is verified that the user has visited the physical location, then any associated promotional offers may be authorized.

Abstract: There are disclosed imaging members wherein a chemical compound in a crystalline form is converted, at least partially, and preferably substantially completely or completely, to an amorphous form that has intrinsically a different color from the crystalline form. Also described are imaging methods utilizing the imaging members. The conversion of the compound from the crystalline form to an amorphous form can be effected by laser exposure.

The door has an interior side facing the vehicle part and an exterior side facing a vehicle passenger compartment. The door has an open position and a closed position. A media device is incorporated into the door and remains operational regardless of the door position. A control for the media device is hidden behind the door when the door is in the closed position.

Abstract: A user interface for receiving inputs from a user includes a touch sensitive surface having a plurality of regions where each region corresponds to a switch having a function. The user interface also includes an interface disposed on the touch sensitive surface over at least one of the plurality of regions. The interface comprises a material that is at least partially transparent and that is configured to provide tactile feedback to the user. The touch sensitive surface may emit light that is visible through the interface. The interface may further include a plurality of buttons disposed over the plurality of regions wherein the light is selectively provided to each of the plurality of buttons. The touch sensitive surface may include a display that is configured to provide text and graphics that are visible through the interface. The user interface may be mounted in, for example, a vehicle.

A keyed recess in communication with the plate aperture is adapted to interlock with a cooperative surface on the gauge stem at a predetermined location longitudinally spaced behind the gauge. A foot of a leg extending integrally from the plate at one end thereof toward the backside surface of the panel cooperates with a similarly extending preassembled thumb screw extending transversely through the plate at the opposite end to effect mounting. The thumb screw also serves to adjustably draw and secure the gauge into its mounted position.
