  • Publication number: 20240323147
Abstract: The efficient storage of transformation information in a switch is provided. A respective port of the switch can include a memory device capable of storing transformation information. During operation, the switch can apply a selection mechanism to the transformation information learned at the switch for identifying a target port. The switch can then store the information in the memory device of the target port. Upon receiving a packet, the ingress port can apply the selection mechanism to the header information of the packet for determining a location of a first piece of transformation information associated with the packet. The ingress port can obtain the first piece of transformation information by looking up the header information in the location and storing it in a local memory device. The ingress port can then transform the packet based on the first piece of transformation information for determining an egress port for the packet.

  • Patent number: 12100011
Abstract: People provide content such as a recorded text or audio on various platforms, such as recorded telephone lines, social media, or web chats. The techniques described in this patent document can be used to obtain a set of topics that characterize the words in the recorded text or audio for each platform. By identifying topics being discussed on several platforms and by correlating topics between the platforms, a multi-channel topic orchestration server can generate a timeline that shows when the topic appeared on the various platforms.

  • Patent number: 12096402
Abstract: An Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) Mobile Terminal (MT) identifies its geographic location and determines a New Radio Licensed (NR-L) frequency band and a New Radio Unlicensed (NR-U) frequency band based on the location. The IAB MT determines received signal strengths for the frequency bands. The IAB MT compares the received signal strengths to and select the NR-U frequency band. The IAB MT wirelessly exchanges network signaling over the NR-U frequency band and establishes an IAB link over the NR-U frequency band. A Radio Unit (RU) wirelessly exchanges user data with wireless User Equipment (UEs) and exchanges the user data with a Distributed Unit (DU). The DU exchanges the user data with the IAB MT. The IAB MT wirelessly exchanges the user data over the IAB link using the NR-U frequency band.

  • Publication number: 20240293096
Abstract: A method of viewing a patient including inserting a catheter is described for health procedure navigation. A CT scan is carried out on a body part of a patient. Raw data from the CT scan is processed to create three-dimensional image data, storing the image data in the data store. Projectors receive generated light in a pattern representative of the image data and waveguides guide the light to a retina of an eye of a viewer while light from an external surface of the body transmits to the retina of the eye so that the viewer sees the external surface of the body augmented with the processed data rendering of the body part.

  • Patent number: 12079595
Abstract: Utilizing role types that extend underlying types. Within a program definition, a computer system identifies a statement assigning an object of an underlying type to a role type that extends the underlying type. The underlying type implements a first interface, and the role type implements a second interface. Based on the role type extending the underlying type, the computer system assigns the object of the underlying type to the role type. Based on assigning the object of the underlying type to the role type, the role type is usable to interact with the object of the underlying type using both the first interface and the second interface.

  • Publication number: 20240292341
Abstract: Methods, media, and systems are provided for optimizing coverage and power usage in a network deploying an unlicensed band. A first transmission power associated with a primary carrier and a second transmission power associated with a secondary carrier are determined. Location data and channel state information from a user device utilizing the primary carrier and the secondary carrier are received. An interference level may be determined using the channel state information. Based on the location data and the interference level, the second transmission power associated with the secondary carrier is reduced and the first transmission power of the primary carrier is increased. In some aspects, a beamforming technique is applied for downlink transmissions via a 5G New Radio unlicensed band. In some aspects, upon detection of an increase of 3 dBi antenna gain, the second transmission power is reduced by 1 dBm.
