Abstract: A system for automatically notifying payment includes a database server (1), an application server (2), a network (3), and a plurality of client computers (4) located in various different places. The database server stores customer information and corresponding payment information. The application server generates payment notifications according to the customer information and corresponding payment information stored in the database server. The application server can select suitable languages and set appropriate times for transmission of the payment notifications, according to the customers' particular working circumstances. The payment notifications are automatically duplicated and encrypted before sending to the relevant customers. The application server sends the payment notifications to respective customers at the client computers. A related method is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system for controlling task assignment and work schedules includes a database server (1), an application server (2) for users to access and handle information stored in the database server, and a plurality of distributed client computers (4) connected with the application server by a network (3). The database server is used to store rule information on types of tasks, historical records of tasks, and in-process work of employees of an organization. The application server is used to schedule tasks, assign employees to handle the tasks, monitor handling of the tasks, and integrate results of handling of different tasks by different employees all by using the information stored in the database server. The system provides assignment and scheduling of tasks according to the nature of the tasks and in-process work of employees. Current statuses of tasks are accessible in real time. A related method is also disclosed.

Culture growth conditions can influence the biosorbent selenium and germanium uptake capacity. The invention involves assimilation of selenium and germanium by the yeast under optimal conditions of incubation time, biomass concentration, reaction pH, reaction medium, and feed rate. This yeast can assimilate higher intracellular selenium and germanium by either a one-step continuous feed-batch fermentation or a two-step continuous and semi-continuous feed-batch fermentation. The invention additionally involves the novel germanium and selenium-containing yeast.
