  • Publication number: 20240149766
Abstract: An assembly is provided with a first layer connected to a second layer to form a bladder, with the first layer defining a first aperture therethrough, and one of the first or second layers defining a second aperture therethough. The third layer is connected to the first layer and positioned between the first and second layers within the bladder. The third layer is movable between a first position covering the first aperture, and a second position spaced apart from the first aperture. A seat assembly is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11871138
Abstract: A virtualized production switcher for media production is provided that includes a script database that stores predefined macros that each define a script for applying media production functions to media content, and a script optimizer that selects a subset of the predefined macros to be presented on a user interface as suggested scripts for each of a plurality of scenes of a media stream. Moreover, a program generator receives a user input via the user interface that selects one of the predefined macros and applies the corresponding script to a selected scene of the media stream for a media production by applying the at least one media production function to the selected scene based on an identified key-frame thereof. A script profiler identifies metadata related to the selected scene and updates the script database to store a correspondence between the selected scene and the selected predefined macro.

  • Publication number: 20230406593
Abstract: A mono-dose container comprises a housing defining an internal cavity. The housing includes a first sidewall defining a first interior surface of the internal cavity, and a second sidewall defining a second interior surface of the internal cavity at least partially opposing the first interior surface. A first protrusion extends from the first sidewall into the internal cavity. A second protrusion extends from the second sidewall into the internal cavity and in a direction of the first protrusion. The first and second protrusions define complementary surfaces sized to engage one another and limit relative movement between the first and second protrusions in at least two directions.

  • Publication number: 20230404053
Abstract: An insect bait stake comprises a container defining an internal cavity adapted to hold a quantity of liquid bait. The container includes a first housing defining a first portion of the internal cavity, a second housing attached to the first housing and defining a second portion of the internal cavity, and a tab portion adapted to be removed for exposing the internal cavity to the exterior environment. A first anti-crushing element of the container is arranged within the internal cavity and between the first housing and the second housing. The anti-crushing element fixes a distance between the first housing and the second housing in response to a compressive force placed on the container. A passageway is formed by the container and is in communication with the internal cavity on a first end thereof. The passageway extends through at least one of the first housing or the second housing to the tab portion.

  • Publication number: 20230404052
Abstract: A liquid insect bait system comprises an insect bait container including a housing defining an internal cavity holding a quantity of liquid bait, and an insect trap having an external housing. The housing of the insect trap includes an internal bait reservoir sized to hold bait received from the bait container, and an insect opening formed through the housing and in communication with the bait reservoir. A bait container opening is formed in housing and is sized to receive a portion of a bait holding container in an insertion direction. A portion of the bait container opening is in communication with the bait reservoir.

  • Patent number: 11836130
Abstract: The present invention provides for employing SQL to introduce blockchain technologies into a relational database, and thereby leverage the inherent tamper-resistant properties of blockchain, without the need to completely rewrite existing or legacy relational database software. The invention creates a relational database inside of a blockchain and uses a conventional SQL interface for standard database operations. This reduces the burden of introducing blockchain technologies, while providing the benefits of the intrinsic security and verification features of blockchain technology. The invention provides a rich historical record of every transaction thereby greatly reducing, if not eliminating, the relational database's susceptibility to tampering. This allows for temporal queries on arbitrary records within the database and the generation of reports and audits for any point in the history of the database.

  • Publication number: 20230385032
Abstract: A system and method are provided for generating a factory layout to dynamically optimize a media content production in a real-time environment. The system includes a media production optimizer with a widget controller that provides widgets that represent work packages as micro-services that perform functions of the media content production, respectively. A user interface controller receive inputs from a user interface to dynamically update the factory layout for the media content production. The media production optimizer then recompiles underlying code to update a model of the factory layout in response to the inputs from the operator of the system, and also migrates the updated factory layout to a cloud platform that includes a plurality of media production components including the plurality of micro-services for deployment thereon.

  • Patent number: 11797167
Abstract: A computing device and method for providing a user interface for summarizing and presenting information regarding dynamic provisioning and deployment of media processing resources, in a manner that is easy and intuitive and analogizes well to conventional physical media processing deployment. Users are not required to understand hypervisor configuration or virtual machine deployment, or switch through various layers and screens to find configuration information or controls, a process that may be particularly slow, complex, and difficult to learn, particularly for media and broadcast engineers unfamiliar with virtualization technologies. Instead, the present user interface improves efficiency of use of the computing environment for media processing, by providing deployment information in a format similar to physical processing deployment.
