  • Publication number: 20250324541
Abstract: Improved cooling modules and methods are configured to recirculate the liquid coolant fluid inside the cooling modules so that the same liquid cooling fluid impinges the surfaces of the heat-generating electronic components (or cooling plates in thermal communication with the heat-generating electronic components) multiple times before exiting the cooling module, thereby allowing a given flow of coolant fluid to be re-used several times over. With each re-use of the coolant fluid, the flow rate demand drops, reducing infrastructure required to achieve higher performance in direct and indirect micro-convective impingement cooling applications.

  • Patent number: 11889886
Abstract: A dance shoe having an upper and an underfoot portion, the underfoot portion includes a sole shank, consisting of a relatively rigid structure, extending longitudinally in the shoe over at least a forefoot portion of the shoe and at least partially over a midfoot portion. The sole shank has at least one hinge with a unidirectional stop disposed widthwise in the sole shank. The sole shank covers at least the forefoot portion of the underfoot area and it locks to support plantar flexion and hinges to facilitate dorsiflexion of the foot. To facilitate en pointe movements, the sole shank may be coupled to a rigid distal part of the shoe, such as a toe box. The inventive subject matter is also directed to dance shoes, as well as the sole shanks themselves, and to methods of making the sole shanks and using the sole shanks in assemblies.

  • Publication number: 20230237093
Abstract: Systems and methods for item recommendation are described. Embodiments of the present disclosure receive input indicating a relationship between a user and a first content item; generate a knowledge graph based on the input, wherein the knowledge graph comprises relationship information between the user and a plurality of content items; generate a first feature embedding representing the user and a second feature embedding representing a second content item of the plurality of content items based on the knowledge graph, wherein the second feature embedding is generated using a first modality for a query vector of an attention mechanism and a second modality for a key vector and a value vector of the attention mechanism; compare the first feature embedding to the second feature embedding to obtain a similarity score; and recommend the second content item for the user based on the similarity score.

  • Patent number: 11022330
Abstract: A three-way heat exchanger for a liquid desiccant air-conditioning system and method of manufacture. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of panel assemblies. Each panel assembly has a frame bordering a given space. The frame includes desiccant inlet and outlet ports and heat transfer fluid inlet and outlet ports. Two plates joined to the frame define a heat transfer fluid channel in the given space. The heat transfer fluid inlet and outlet ports are in fluid communication with the heat transfer fluid channel. Microporous sheets cover the outer surfaces of the plates and define a desiccant channel. The desiccant inlet and outlet ports are in fluid communication with the desiccant channel. The plurality of panel assemblies have a stacked arrangement such that a microporous sheet on one panel assembly faces a microporous sheet on an adjacent panel assembly and defines an airflow channel therebetween.
