The footwear article being characterized in that a first portion of the sole includes a first material having a first material property and the a second portion of the sole includes a second material having a second material property; and said first portion and said second portion extend at least to the upper surface of the sole and first material property provides for dampening of load imparted to the foot of the person upon contact with a surface.

Abstract: A strain relief element for a footwear article is provided. The strain relief element is engageable with a portion of a footwear article for engagement with a portion of the foot of a subject, wherein the strain relief element is formed from an elastically deformable material, the strain relief element is sized and provided with a geometry, such that upon engagement with the engagement portion of a foot of a subject, the strain relief element elastically deforms and the internal surface of the strain relief element which engages with the foot of a user substantially conforms to the engagement portion of the surface of the foot of a subject. Footwear including such a strain relief element are also provided.

Abstract: An extra-long air-water sandbag includes an inner bladder and an external bag. The external bag is a bag to hold the inner bladder and covers the external of the inner bladder. The inner bladder further includes an inner and outer layer container set which includes a gas container and a liquid container, and an extension layer gas container which is a bladder for containing gas and housed at the top, bottom or top and bottom thereof to increase the total length of space of gas container of the punching bag. As the length of gas container is increased, combat training for the feet is hence achieved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for sleep monitoring, which includes a detecting module, a processing module electrically connected with the detecting module and an output module electrically connected with the processing module. The detecting module is used for collecting physiological feature signals which represent sleep state of user, the physiological feature signals include one or more than one of heart rate feature signals which represent the heart rate of user and respiration feature signals which represent the respiration of user; the processing module is used for processing the physiological feature signals from the detecting module so as to obtain evaluation results of sleep of user; and the output module is used for outputting the evaluation results of sleep from the processing module. By collecting the physiological feature signals which represent the heart rate and/or respiration of user during sleep, the sleep quality of user can be evaluated accurately.
