Abstract: A location-based assistant is provided on client device. The client device includes a business-oriented operating system and a personal oriented operating system. The client device is configured to communicate data associated with the business-oriented operating system to a business remote data system, when the client device is operating the business-oriented operating system. The client device is configured to communicate data associated with the personal-oriented operating system to a personal remote data system, when the client device is operating the personal-oriented operating system.

Abstract: An application can execute on one or more user devices that can scan the user's local and remote activity related data, such as internet surfing history, emails, etc, to determine current interests of the user. The data can be processed into categories and categories that have a frequency of activity that satisfies a requirement threshold can be said to represent a current interest of the user. The data can be processed to extract content for a content update to a user account, such as an RMTS account or blogging account of which the user is a member. The content update can use published APIs for the respective mediums to automatically post the content update to the medium.

Abstract: A system for providing an augmented reality, a virtual reality, and/or a mixed reality experience to a user includes a first display and a second display. The user views a real-world environment through the first display and the second display. The system includes a wearable visualization device that includes the first display and a fixed visualization device that includes the second display. The first display is configured to display a first layer of virtual features and the second display is configured to display a second layer of virtual features. The system includes a processor configured to generate the first layer of virtual features and the second layer of virtual features. The processor is configured to operatively communicate with the wearable visualization device and the fixed visualization device to coordinate presentation of the first layer of virtual features and the second layer of virtual features.

Abstract: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) functionality may allow a user of a client device to utilize the device in a business environment where the functionality of the device is altered to conform to the business environment via a business profile. A personal profile may be used when the user is outside of the business environment. The profile of the device may be changed according various factors.

Abstract: A user interface may be accessed and used to illustrate various user options. One example method of operation may include initiating an application on a user computing device, receiving a selection to initiate a menu associated with the application which includes a number of selection options on a user display interface of the user computing device, and a result the menu is displayed in a position of the user display interface with reference to coordinates of a recent operation performed on the user display interface.

Abstract: Wireless device gesture detection and operational control comprises identifying a first position of the device based on a sensor reading of at least one sensor operating as part of the device. The method may also include identifying a change in the device's position to a second position that is different from the first position, and receiving a specific pattern of touch input data on a touch pad of the device, the specific pattern of touch input data identified as a predefined object which corresponds to dimensions of a human ear being pressed against the touch pad and changing a current operating state of the device to a different operating state based on a comparison and detection operation.

Abstract: Disclosed are examples of performing mobile station modifications. According to one example a method may include transmitting a notification from a mobile station to an advertisement server and receiving at least one advertisement parameter at the mobile station responsive to the transmitted notification. The method may also include performing a modification to a current state of the mobile device based on the at least one advertisement parameter and a distance between the mobile station and at least one establishment registered with the advertisement server.

Abstract: On various networked mediums such as web pages, blogs and social networking pages, a user presence can be enhanced by automatically creating a medium. An application on a personal computing device of the user can execute to query local and remote user data, such as webpage ads a user has clicked on, internet surfing history, emails, calendar events, etc. The application processes query responses to determine the current interests of a user to suggest a topic of the medium to the user. The application then creates a medium with a topic and populates the medium with content generated from the query responses such as webpage links, photos, etc. Automatic and configurable updates of the medium can also be performed by processing the local and/or remote user data. Notifications to acquaintances about the medium and updates can also be automated.

Abstract: An easily applied device is described that protects the soft tissues inside of the mouth from abrasion by orthodontic braces. The device consists of a putty-like, moldable material that may be pressed onto and into and molded about the brackets and wires of orthodontic braces, and a plasticized and dehydrated or partially dehydrated hydrogel-forming layer on those surfaces of the device that contact the braces and teeth so as to absorb saliva and dry to some extent the surfaces to which the device is pressed and to offer initial adhesion of the device to the teeth and/or braces.

Abstract: Disclosed are examples of modifying a current state of a mobile station based on the location of the mobile station with respect to a nearby acquaintance. The method may include detecting a presence of a mobile station in a predefined domain area identified by an application, the predefined domain area being associated with at least one acquaintance, and performing a modification to a current state of the mobile station based on a level associated with the at least one acquaintance.

Abstract: Tracking movements of mobile devices may provide insight into parking space availability for transports deemed to be associated with those mobile devices. One example method of operation may include identifying a transport speed of a particular transport vehicle is moving above a first threshold speed, identifying a first change in direction of the transport and confirming a new transport speed after the first change in direction is less than a second threshold speed. The method may also include initiating a monitoring event to track movement of the transport responsive to the first change in direction of the transport or the confirmed new transport speed.

Abstract: Wireless device application interaction via external control detection comprises identifying a first position of a wireless device and identifying a first change in the wireless device's position. The method may also provide calculating a first distance vector. The method may also perform comparing the first distance vector to a first threshold distance and calculating a second distance vector based on a distance between the second position and a third position and comparing the second distance vector to a second threshold distance, and changing a current operating state of the wireless device to a different operating state if the first distance vector exceeds the first minimum distance and the second distance vector does not exceed the first maximum distance.
